Love L&F!!! Not greasy, great sauce, perfect amount of cheese and ingredients! They definitely don’t skimp on cheese or fresh awesome ingredients! Good price too! Whoever gave this place low stars may need to try again!

Some of the worst pizza you will find. I have no idea where the ‘best pizza’ claim comes from, because this is awful. Flat, thin crust soaked in grease, and covered with low quality ingredients. I live in Westmont, and I eat pizza all the time… and you couldn’t pay me to eat L&F. Literally every pizza joint in Westmont is better, including some that have closed down, like Connie’s.

Hit or Miss. Frustrating. That is the best way to describe the pizza at L & F. There are some days when pizza is excellent, yet there are other days when you wonder if there were a change in ownership. Those days toppings are scarce — similar to what you may find at Little Caesars. In any event, if you feel like gambling, chances are you may get a well made pie.

This isn’t my favorite pizza place n Westmont, but its better that Papa Johns in quality. Good if you want decent low cost pizza.

Rude on the phone and rude in person. Pizza did not live up to the the pseudo hype. Angeles in downers grove is MUCH better thin crust. We eat pizza a LOT. Probably 3x a week. We heard abt this place from the nice icecream shop owner next door. We thought we were going to discover our new go to thin crust. Not the case. Owner is a jerk. And the crust is blah. Don’t bother with this place and the grumpy man who owns it.

I am happy after talking with the property owners. They are very nice and I couldn’t even be more over the past experience with L&F. :)

Good cheese, good sauce, horrible crust. Not sure how to describe it but, instead of the crust being crispy it’s more doughy/rubbery. Hoped this was a one time deal but this was the case both times I ordered.

This was one of the better pizzas I have had in a while. Great crust, good amount of sauce and high quality ingredients. I will definitely get pizza here again. Thanks

I’m very picky about pizza and I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza place. The ad said«the best thin crust pizza in the suburb» so we had to try it! We ordered the thin crust, half veggie and half pepperoni. The crust was thin and crispy, not greasy at all, just how I like it. They did not skimp on the ingredients, either and the mushrooms were NOT the soggy canned mushrooms you get at many places, kudos for that! The delivery was fast and our pizza was still hot when it arrived. I think we have finally found our pizza place close to home.

Great, small pizza place. We had the stuffed pizza, and it was like nothing else we’ve had — it had an extra layer of melted cheese on top — yum! Tasty sauce, decent prices. Close to the train tracks for a quick meal on the way home from work.

Quality pizza delivered. We had a large thin crust pizza with sausage. Very polite when we called, and pizza was delivered as promised. Not my favorite, but a very good pizza.

Great pizza! Sauce can make or break a pizza and I thought this sauce was very good. The pizza had great spices(which in turns means great flavor). I will definitely be returning!

Definitely the best pizza in Westmont, around for quite a few years. I do wish they would do some specials once in a while. A little more inventiveness would be nice. That said, I am loyal and this is where my pizza dollars will go for years to come.

Best pizza I’ve had since I’ve lived in the suburbs. We normally get the pepperoni and sausage pizza and it is always spot on delicious. The sausage is always in big juicy chucks and there’s always a lot of pepperoni which is also very tasty. I won’t go get pizza anywhere else because I love L&F so much!

Been a customer of L&F since about 1987, through multiple owners. The current owner, Ray, is clearly personally invested in the quality of his product. We’ll go through stretches where we order from here once a week. Walk out of church, order, dump the family at home, then go pick up my thin crust. Consistently excellent for years. Sorry to hear others haven’t had the same experience, can only speak from my own, but continually happy.

I have lived all around the Chicago land area and Unilocal has never really done me wrong with a highly reviewed location… until now I am not sure how this place is rated so high. I ordered from there recently for the first time and it will probably be my last as well. I ordered a thin crust 16″ with cheese only along with some mozzarella sticks. The pizza itself was rather hard to continue to eat after the first bite or two. There was way too much sauce and it was way too sweet for my liking. The cheese was… interesting. it had a rubber band like quality to it and was lacking in taste… much like a rubber band I suppose. All in all it was a fast pizza but won’t be worth another visit in my mind. If this is the best pizza the area offers then I am in trouble. As the other reviews state sauce is too sweet and it is REALLY hard to eat more than a couple pieces… does that sound like a good pizza to you? If you want to go on a diet and still eat the foods you normally would, give this shot a place. You won’t be able to eat more than a couple pieces at most so you won’t have to worry about over indulging… perhaps that is part of their business plan

We just moved out here from Chicago, and already have a couple fave pizza places, but when we got something in the mail that said«L&F Pizza, suburbs #1 thin crust,» we HAD to give it a try. And give it a try we did, last Friday night. We called, and the person who took our order was a little gruff. The place doesn’t have a website, so I had some Qs about pizza sizes, if they had wings, etc. He didn’t seem to want to bother with us understanding what they had to offer. So we ordered a L pizza and wings. It was a Friday night, and we’re used to a 2 hour wait for pizza in the city. But it took about an hour and 55 minutes for our single thin crust pizza and wings order to be delivered. I called back to inquire at about an hour and 15 minutes, and the person said it was«out for delivery.» Then we called back at an hour and 50 minutes, and inquired. «Out for delivery.» It finally did come, and was tasty. But all pizza is tasty. Wings were crispy. I would say this pizza is fine in a pinch, but who is in a pinch and has 2 hours to wait? We probably won’t get pizza from here again.

I have lived in Westmont for about two years now. I finally tried L & F after SEVERAL times driving by saying I have to try them one day. LOL I ordered two pizzas the night I finally tried them. It was football Sunday(which is why you see booze in one picture-ha) so pizza was a yes! Luckily thanks to the clipper magazine I had a coupon for $ 5.00 off my order. Hey anything helps these days! Thin crust was the pick. One with ground beef and onions and the other with spinach and garlic. I have to say they were pretty darn good. Fresh spinach which was the big test for me. Nothing makes me more mad then getting that canned crap on your pizza. I have had that happen. I def want to try them again BUT it will be their stuffed pizza. Once in a blue moon I like a piece or two of stuffed. Good prices and I like that they offer a little more than pizza and like I said at a good price. Small place and for those that don’t know it is just for pick up or delivery. No seats to eat there which is fine. Nice staff from what I saw entering. 50 years for them??? GOODJOB!!! Glad something stuck around in downtown Westmont! :) CHEERS!
