My sister and I were trying to look for the perfect dress for her bachelorette party in Vegas this Saturday. She tried on about 5 dresses and all of them looked amazing on her. I was impressed with their selection. The staff was great also, they were helpful. But not in a overwhelming way. This place is to going for evening dresses, club wear, and even just casual clothes. Can’t wait to go back.

This location has a very limited inventory when it comes to the formal dresses. Whenever I find something I like, they never have my size or any size near it. This is a especially a problem for anyone who has an upcoming event to attend and is desperate enough to buy a dress and have it altered. Big ups for the huge sale going on right now though. Didn’t find anything my style but there are some great deals. As for the employees, they seem to be helpful only when you are shopping for an expensive dress. Other than that, I can say I’ve been pushed and shoved around by the staff a few times, without getting a «sorry,» while helping the customers shopping for the pricier dresses. Ahhh, this poor location. If only they had as much of a dress selection as they do attitude!

This review is more for the employees.
Half the time they are enthusiastic and help, other half they are so lazy and rude. We all don’t want to work, but if someone asks a question be nice or even just say hi because you are in a retail business and if the store isn’t doing well then no store.
Moral of the story to these employees: do your job. And literally it’s an empty store-​not many people in it, so do your job!

My experience at Windsor was quite unpleasant. When i walked in i was approached with friendly faces. I began looking at necklaces, and picked out a necklace that i was unsure of then moved onto the sale rack. I was approached by a woman named «bossy» who repeatedly tried taking my necklace from me. At this point of my mothers and my Windsor experience, we were irritated with the lady. My mom and i proceeded to the dresses where my mom felt obligated to take both a M&L to ensure her size while trying on. Bossy walked up and tried to take my mothers dresses from her questioning my mom on why she would need more than one size. Again, she insisted on taking my necklace from me and taking my moms dresses from her. I understand the idea of a hands free shopping experience, but this was experience was nothing short of rude, unpleasant, and uncomfortable.

I decided to randomly walk into Windsor. have to say I was quite impressed with the staff. The store was very neat and they had a bunch of cute stuff. I liked that the sales associates were very helpful and polite.
