I went to them to get auto insurance for two of my high end vehicle and had nothing but troubles with two policies. I also ask several times for them to come out to my two businesses and give me a quote for my insurance, and after two weeks of waiting I went to another company. When I told the owner of the company of my concerns and issues, he got very upset and yelled at me due to me having all the dates and facts of his employees incompetence. He did not even ask of my proof and just got angry and hung up the phone on me. The jest of the whole deal was that he told me that he does not work for me and i have no business talking to him about a company that he has no control over. He will take your money and keep taking your money, but the minute you call to complain about a major issue, he backs away and pushes the blame on the company he sells you there services to. Terrible way to handle a big client like me. I have never complained on a site to anyone in my entire business life.

They just want to get your money doing minimal amount of work, no follow ups and they lie. They will always try to over-​insure you for the purpose higher commission. My recommendation before you pick your insurance agent;
Do your research and pick a high rating agent on Unilocal or similar.

If I can give this place a zero, I would. They will not return your calls or reply to your emails. The only way to get any kind of service is to drive to their office and waste your time for a simple question or update request that could easily be done over the phone. If you don’t care about service then this is the place for you. Their agents will not be there for you in time of needs.
