History

Established in 2013.

Our belief is to develop the future leaders of our organization solely from within, not depending on other companies to do so for us. We give each employee comprehensive leadership training on both a personal and professional level no matter what their experience. Waypoint puts a strong emphasis on a very fun, high energy, team environment in order to achieve the best results while developing the future leaders of our organization. We firmly believe that if someone comes into Waypoint with a good attitude, a student mentality and a strong work ethic we will be able to teach them the skills necessary to grow into a management role within our company.

Meet the Business Owner

Matt W.

Business Owner

Originally from Northern California, Matt has always been about the journey rather than the destination. Matt spent four years at the University of Michigan — Ann Arbor, studying Education Psychology while competing in collegiate track and field. Upon graduation, Matt pursued a few months of preschool teaching before deciding he wanted a greater opportunity with more advancement and travel. Matt started his sales and marketing career in Braintree, Massachusetts in 2010. After a few months, Matt moved as part of an expansion team to build an office in Denver, CO. Here, he began learning the fundamentals of business, while mastering his golf and snowboarding skills. A year later Matt packed up for Providence, Rhode Island where he fine-​tuned his abilities in preparation to open his first office in Charlotte, North Carolina; Waypoint Consulting was born.
