If there was zero star he would get that. I’ve been his patient for two year now.
He does the minimum work and is mediocre but that was okay since I usually only go for check ups. But I recently got into a car accident and was feeling extreme pain and came in to see him and all he did was told me to call a lawyer and see proceeded to tell me how I can get money. I repeated told him I’m not worry about the money right now, I’m in pain and your my doctor can u help me? He then said there was something wrong with me like I was crazy. He never even examined me and was angry that I even ask for med!!! I will never come back to this place

My doctor wouldn’t want to give me the medication «Prep –stands for Pre-​Exposure Prophylaxis. The word «prophylaxis» means «to prevent or control the spread of an infection or disease.» PrEP is a way for people who don’t have HIV to prevent HIV infection by taking a pill every day. «that suggested from another doctor.
He was lying by telling me that he’s not allowed to give this kind of medication because he’s never seen this medication before «there’s GOOGLE» and he also said if I have HIV it means my life ends «OMG» I told him HIV can’t be cured but there are some treatments that can help people to live healthy with HIV. I told him if he can’t give me the description then he has to refer me to someone else. And what he told me was to go home and he will give me a callback. Finally, the doctor office contacted me and said that I need to come and pick up the referral letter from my doctor.
My doctor referring me to a medical specialist. Ok! When I got the referral letter; I tried to call that medical specialist’s office and trying to make an appointment for tomorrow, but the lady speaking on the phone, said that they are booked till the end of December. I was like wth! I walked back to my doctor office and let them know the case. But they didn’t do anything besides telling me to go to that specialist’s office and beg her to let me in. «Wtf! Are you serious? I’m running out of medicine!!! Ok, I let you know that I’m going to call my insurance now .» Blah blah —- I walked down to my car, I trying to call my insurance and asking them to open a case for me so I can get my medicine because I only have 2 pills left! The lady on the phone was helpful «30 minutes talking» … She said in this case because I’m running out of medicine so she will put me on the priority list and someone will contact me within 24hr.
I’m having a hard time with my doctor. What he said to me was really rude… He used to ask me about what I’m studying in school. I told him in Vietnamese «oh I’m studying to be a teacher.» He said, «it’s the lowest paying job in America!». The old lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional; she said that the doctor already signed a contract with Caloptima that he’s not allowed to give that kind of medication. If he already signed a contract then he should have posted up a note paper so every can see it.
What a liar! I told my white doctor the entire story and he said that «Your Vietnamese doctor is bullshit!»; however I don’t give a Fuck «here’s America and we all have the freedom of speech.» stay away from this Doctor!

Dr NGUYEN CHi Vy is the great doctor in Orange County.
It’s also great pleasure to talk on the phone or meet with his staff, always warm welcome and kind and attentive. Good thing is never have to wait at his office.
I can not express my feelings to share how he cares to his patient.

Doctor vy it’s the best doctor ever! He is very nice and kind and attentive! I never have to wait at his office and he never made me feel like he rushing me out like all other doctors I went to see before! The front desk receptionist is also a pleasure to see every times!

Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor. His office is nice, warm and spacious, unlike other medical offices in the area that are small and cramped. He really cares about his patients! My family and I have been going to him for years, he is great! My dad has been having a heavy cough for a couple of months and no matter what kind of medicines we tried, it would not go away, but when we went in to see Dr. Nguyen, he miraculously cured him of his sickness!
He also pierced my baby girl’s ear and my own ears, which was a much better, sanitary and professional experience than my experience at Claires which gave me an ear infection. My family and I go to him when we are sick, and he makes us feel better. He also has a wonderful machine that takes away birth imperfections/​marks and unwanted freckles on my face. In conclusion, Dr. Vy Chi Nguyen is a great family doctor, and I highly recommend him to all.
