This place is worse. People work here is rude and lier. I sent my stuff almost three weeks ago and they say it will be arrived in one week. After one week we keep check on stuff and they said the stuff are already in Vietnam I have to give them 1 – 2 days to take out my place in vietnam.(the way they talk is very rude) However, after 3day we keep called them they say our stuff got delay and not even apologize or made a call. and they said they already «sent» it must be arrive on next Monday. Hahahah that was a big lie they did not even check our packet. Today we call them again and they said «oh your packet got lost her so we just sent them on Wednesday» what the ??? How come a company like this work very unprofessional??? And they not even feel bad about it? It is very suck. I swear a lady work there is a b****

DON’T GO THIS PLACE… they verbally lies to customers. I sent a 12lbs box to Sai Gon, and I wait for 3 weeks already. I called them many times, and they verbally lie to me with many different excuses like delay, calling me back after checking stock and by the way I never receive any call from them. The lady in the front table was very rude… I asked her about when the box get to Vn, and she answer me rudely «you just sent the box last week, give us 2−3days to ship to your place.» Until now, (3weeks after that) I called them again, and I ask for apology… and finally they apologized me after many call, and they don’t answer my phone. They need to treat customers nicely not that careless way. And I was surprised when they said they found my box in their stock in America, which is they lie to me… It doesn’t get delay or anything. After 3 weeks and more than 5 calls with different excuses, my box still not in Vietnam. I got a lot of cancellations from my customers. I’m sick of the way they work and and treat customers.
After all, don’t go here at all.

Say NO with this company — the staff like a monster … they loud at you when I coming to claim for a missing package … I don’t think there is a service like this in US. It should be in «heaven XHCN Vit Nam»

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They would fight with you til the end when they lost your package to try not to pay for it.
My family has been using them for almost a year now. We recently shipped an iPhone to Vietnam using their service. We paid full in tax and normally had the shipping method that would deliver straight to the house. First, the package took more than 2 weeks to arrive. Then we found out everything was received accept the iPhone.
We contacted them to see where the phone was; their first response to this matter was we should have inspected the package when we received. FYI: they did NOT even deliver to the correct recipient. Then they claimed that the Vietnamese authority had opened to inspect all package. So back and forth, they tried to claim one to the others so they would not be liable for your lost package.
DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE! Or be prepared that your valuable package would be lost someday.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years and I have to say the service was good until last wk, they lost one of the watches that I’ve sent. I’ve contacted them and their response was that they’re not responsible for the lost item b/​c my family member failed to inspect the items when it was delivered. I told them that I was never informed for the last 4 yrs that I have been coming here that the recipient had to open the box and inspect the items. They told me I should’ve of known better and it was common sense and that they do tell everyone customer that. That’s BS, if I was informed we wouldn’t have this problem. I also asked them where in their policy that states that the recipient should check the contents before the delivery person leaves. My family member says that when the delivery person delivers the package they only ask u to sign and then leave. They never ask if u want to inspect the package. They later change the story that they’re not able to inform every customer that the packages need to be inspect by the recipient. So jus FYI, always have the recipient check the contents before the delivery person leaves. They offer to refund half the shipping cost which is not equivalent to a fraction of the watch that was lost. Take your business down the street to Orange or Deluxe cargo which will give u better service and insure your items won’t be lost or stolen. Thanks but no thanks, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

takes too long to deliver. before you pay ask them how long will it take to arrive they always say 1 week. never 1 week.

I always send package to my family in Vietnam at this place. They charge same price as others, but they pack it for you and provide you free boxes. They are pretty honest. I always drop my stuffs there and they do the rest. My family in Vietnam receive them within a week not losing a thing. If I send before Tet, they told me in advance the package may or may not be on time to be delivered before Tet. I have been shopping around for cargo companies and this one I’m telling you is the best. I totally trust Viet travel & cargo.

Do not trust this Viet Cargo to transport your car .
A lady, her name is THU, quoted me over the phone, $ 650 to transport my car from CA to WA, she said it will take 3 days to book the driver .
So I came in the morning, gave them the $ 300 deposit on Tuesday the 24^th of June.
I called her on Thursday, she said: she will have the answer TODAY and will let me know before she leave the office !!
YOU ARE RIGHT, SHE DID NOT CALLED ME.
ALL the same thing above repeated FRIDAY till MONDAY the 30^th.
The next Tuesday, Ms THU called, said she got the driver to transport my car, BUT with higher price…$ 825,I were upset of course, but agreed to get the job done.
BUT I waited the whole Tuesday at home, NO PHONE CALL. NOBODY show up…
Finally I contacted the Viet Cargo at 4 pm, asking why?
They said, they picked the wrong driver, HE WILL GO TO TEXAS not WA state !!!
NOW I KNOW THAT I HAVE MADE A BIG MISTAKE and LOST A LOT OF TIME TO DEAL W/​VIET CARGO.
THEY ARE NOT HONEST, NOR PRO.
