Tiller’s Kitchen & Bar

The service was great and the food was good. A little on the pricey side but expected for a hotel restaurant so I won’t complain about that.
Got the salmon with a side salad. The salad was just awesome.

I spent four nights at the Marriott and the bar staff at Tillers were absolutly fantastic! Marianne took great care of me and fixed an amazing Manhattan. The food was great as well. All an all a great experience with fantastic people.

Great service, food and ambience! Went for dinner and wanted something light before bed so I had the roasted tomato soup and the Tiller’s salad with grilled Salmon. YUM! Everything tastes so fresh (I noticed they use local products) and even the salad dressing is made in house. Definitely coming back.

Great place to go for a delicious Sunday Brunch in Westminster! Food is very fresh and high quality! Shrimp is excellent, prime rib perfect! Friendly staff provided excellent service. Will be back!

Tomato basil soup and grilled cheese. Soup was very good. The grilled cheese lacked the melty cheese, the bread was toasted nicely but WAY to much butter on the bread. Ended up scraping the shredded not melty cheese into the soup and that was good. Very friendly and attentive staff. For $ 12 not bad price wise

Unless you like overpriced fountain beverages and a terrible buffet on Sunday DO NOT GO here. There was no mention of buffet style and no lunch options on Sunday, what a misleading menu.

I was there this past Saturday. The appetizers including salads took over an hour and when our entrée’s finally came after about 3 hours from first sitting down, they were cold, overcooked. Specifically, I had the salmon which was dry, the risotto was the most disgusting thing I have tasted in years. Those who ordered the filet had either overly cooked or unevenly cooked and luke warm steaks (must have sat for sometime). It was overpriced and very unsatisfying. Looking at the other reviews, I wonder if they had a new staff of chefs or under staffed. The waitress did her best, but in the end the experience was dreadful and I will never go there again.

This place was awesome! The food was very flavorful and creative. The décor and ambiance was great. The drinks were strong and the staff were amazing. Ryan was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Service like that is rare. It’s hidden away in the Marriott, but it’s a gem and definitely worth the stop. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

We were a group of 9 people on a Tuesday evening. The place was pretty empty. The waiter was fairly attentive, but the kitchen was super slow. I think we waited 30 minutes for our meals. We didn’t order appetizers since we thought the main course would come out quick.
I had the pork belly dish and it was lukewarm. Pork belly is not that great when it isn’t hot. Some of the folks in the party said their dish was not that good.
I think this may have been an off night for the restaurant.

Address and mapping within Unilocal suck!!! Drove around 20 minutes looking for a free standing building. Name of place should include Marriott hotel. Map indicates on the turnpike entrance.

Service was absolutely horrible, we can’t comment on the food as we ended up leaving. We spoke to the hostess and as the restaurant was empty we opted for the bar. She assured us some one would be with us. We sat at a couch a few feet from the bar. After 15 minutes of watching the bar tender flirt with other customers and ignoring us we left to complain. Unfortunately the hostess was unable to be found so were went to the front desk, no one there either with a long line to check in. We are platinum Marriott members and have enjoyed excellent service across America, NOT at the Marriott and this restaurant in Westminster CO.

We have a client staying in the Marriott here which looked beautiful, so we thought it would be easy to just grab dinner here one night.
They fit us in without reservations which was nice, and they seemed rather busy and it was a Tuesday night so I think this is a popular place.
We all shared the charcuterie plate and the goat cheese appetizer. Both were wonderful and they did a great selection of meats for the meat and cheese plate. Most of us got flatbreads and salads. The salads were beautiful and lightly dressed. Everything was really fresh. The flatbreads were delicious and nicely proportioned. Not a heaping mound of food and the crust was light, thin, and flakey.
The service was pretty slow in the beginning but luckily we had much to talk about, so it wasn’t too noticeable. However, our waitress kept yelling across the room to other staff which was a bit weird, and after such a slow start she loudly checked in a little too much since this was a half/​meeting… Which their are worse things than having someone check in too much but it was a little awkward.
Overall great place, wonderful ambiance. A bit vegas-​like when it comes to the décor. We had a great evening.

After searching for a place to dine in Westminster, I decided upon Tiller’s based on the quaint interior and unique menu. I really expected the food to be great, but was somewhat disappointed by the end of my meal. Let me first say, the service was extraordinary. The waitress always checked up on us and was super friendly throughout the night. The food is really why I am giving this place three stars. For an appetizer, my guest and I ordered the crab cake. Immediately, we noticed how undercooked the crab was. It was literally the same consistency as tuna. The waitress had no problem taking it back to be cooked more, but even when she brought it back it still tasted way too soft. Instead of bringing it back for the third time, we just opted not to eat it. I guess we just did not want to risk food poisoning. For our entrees, I ordered the chicken and my guest ordered the mushroom polenta. My chicken was honestly just OK. The major downfall with this dish was that it lacked flavor and was not very juicy. My guest loved her polenta though! At the end of the meal, the waitress brought a complementary cheesecake. Considering how untouched the crab cake was, that was a very kind gesture on her part. Like I mentioned, I was super impressed with the service… not so much the food.

Beautiful restaurant located in the posh Marriott. I brought my family for Mother’s Day brunch and was not disappointed. The spread was expansive and the food was consistently good. Service was fast and friendly. A bright, open floor plan made it cheerful and inviting. This is a great stop even if you’re not traveling.

What a FANTASTIC Easter brunch. Seriously, as good as it gets. So many options — omelette bar, pastries, cold cuts, asparagus and goat cheese tarts, lamb, etc… I could eat that every day and never be sick of it. Their chefs deserve high praise. Great quality.
Also, service was amazing. Brennan, our server, was extremely charismatic and on top of everything — drinks were never empty, he joked with us, very attentive. A+ for Brennan alone.
Can’t wait for the next Brunch-​y holiday (Mother’s Day??) to go back.

We have been going here for a few months now, mostly on weekends for their breakfast/​brunch buffet and bottomless bloody marys and mimosas. We went in yesterday to get started with mimosas before going into the Bridal Show held in the hotel. We didn’t eat this time and stuck primarily to our drinks. Brett was tending bar and did fantistic with all the bride and bride’s maids once they figured out what $ 4 can get them. We enjoy our secret diamond in the rough for weekend breakfast and drinks but a little more focus from Mariott Marketing will fill up this place up.
Oh yeah, despite what GPS and Google say, this place is located inside the Mariott.

This resturant I’d located in the brand new Marriott hotel off church ranch blvd between hwy 36 and wadsworth.
Do not let the fact that this testurant is inside of a hotel discourage you from eating here. I am a local and have no issues eating in a hotel. In fact some of the best resturants are inside hotels. Flats just down the road in flatiron inside the omni you can find flatz.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around the 4+ star rating on Unilocal for this restaurant. Located inside a Marriott hotel, I went against my better judgement and based mostly on the reviews decided to try a Hotel/​restaurant in Tillers.
This place is dressed to kill, meaning the dining room is well thought out, very rich somewhat modern décor, and the kitchen which from what I can tell is all open, with cool low hanging spots on the Serving line which allows it’s guests to watch the action in the kitchen. This place clearly has all the tools and resources available to be a very good eatery, but the above looks is where it seems to end.
I made an «Open Table» booking for 6:45pm, and arrived a bit earlier as my day had ended earlier than planned. Upon walking to the host/​hostess stand, I was greeted by a large dining room with what appeared to be 2 – 3 tables sat maybe as many as 10 guests altogether in the spacious dining area. I sat at the host stand for roughly 2 – 3 mins before I was acknowledged by I believe a somewhat disheveled looking waiter.
He was nice enough, and offered to seat me wherever I’d like. Given the level of business that seemed more than appropriate. When I asked what the specials were tonight, he responded with «French Onion Soup». I thought to myself, Really, that’s it? 1974 all over again. But, what the heck, maybe they do something really great here with it right? So I’ll bite. I ordered it.
I also ordered the Colorado «Sea» Bass Entrée at $ 26.00, thinking, hey a local caught fresh (Sea) fish, this should be a stand out.
The waiter returned with my water, (they had no real non alcoholic beer choices to speak of) then shortly after maybe 5 minutes with my Onion Soup.
Served in about a 8 – 10 ounce standard soup cup, one a rectangular plate with a napkin runner, was a «cup» of Onion Soup, Im not at all convinced was made with a true stock and not fortified with base. Or maybe it was made with just base only. No port or burgundy wine flavor at all. No fresh thyme or any spice or seasoning to help this lifeless dark broth with some onions at the bottom.
The onions were long and ran over the spoon, it was a little messy to work with. But the real let down was the stale piece of French bread Croûton covered with what appeared to be shredded Provolone and it was barely melted. French Onion should have a nice lightly browned crust on top of it, after being finished under a salamander or broiler. This was clearly poorly thought out, and I know that the places I worked back in the early 80’s did a far superior job of this very standard and old world classic. This was a 1 out of 10.
On to the Bass… This plate had a buerre blanc that tasted like a reheat, sauce, the fish which was not properly cleaned had the oily skin face up and looked horrendous, as well some remnants of the skin (the dish claimed to be seared, but it was so drown in the butter sauce that it was just a mess, the sauce also covered some sporadic thrown on Thyme sprigs (Garnish?), that too were soaked in the sauce. The fish sat on top of some kind of blend of rice that was more or less flavorless and over cooked. It sat in a steam table for sure. Surely a restaurant this slow can do far better.
The vegetables were Over steamed Carrots, and Squash, sliced probably with a mandolin lengthwise, which was a nice touch I guess, but the vegetables were so visibly over cooked I tried a bite of them and two bites too many of the over cooked bass and was basically done. Given the place, prices and look, there was nothing acceptable about this experience. They need a Chef there, and some cooks badly.
I should have stuck to my first rule of thumb, Hotel/​Restaurants are not to be a first choice when making dining decisions. «Tillers» has clearly been there for a little while and had time to work out the kinks. All I can say is there are many other choices close by. And likely all of them better.

Pricey but oh so good! Trio of fava bean hummus out of this world silky smooth and delicious! Beet and goat cheese salad ample portion and the flavors dance in your mouth! Grilled cheese and tomato soup is pure nirvana. Chicken sandwich with mashed potatoes very tasty.
These chefs know how to cook!!! We’ll be back.
Mapping it takes you to the center of Church Ranch Blvd. Don’t get discouraged because you can’t find it: It’s located in the Marriott hotel. Ambiance and décor are unmatched; décor is sophisticated and artsy. Cozy, inviting fireplace in bar. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.
GO NOW! DON“T SKIP THE DESSERT SHOTS! Our favorites were: Tiramisu, smores, and peanut butter mousse. Just the right amount of dessert!!!
This restaurant knocks it out of the ball park!!! A real gem for Westminster, CO.

They allow cigar smoking on the patio. Very comfy and firepits and firetowers to keep you warm.
Service is top notch. The folks here are genuinely happy to have you around. It makes the place so friendly and projects a laid back vibe. The décor is modern and functional.
I rarely eat in the hotels, but I find myself eating breakfast and dinner at Tillers. I hope they take good care of the staff here, they are the key ingredient to a successful bistro /​bar.
