The quality of food here is just mediocre. If you’re coming here expecting to eat authentic Chinese food, and you are wrong. The prices are reasonable and the customer service is decent.

I have been going to this one for years. He food and service is wonderful each and every time. I am sorry to say I had the unfortunate event of visiting the one on valley view the other day. If I was the owner of this business I would be ticked that the one on valley view carried the same name. Who runs out of it or doesn’t carry pork. And the food I had to settle on wasn’t very good either.

They give you A LOT of food and it doesn’t taste too bad; HOWEVER, you best prepare yourself to have stomach cramps and nausea well into the wee hours of the night! Some call that food poisoning. I call it «I will never eat at The Wok Experience again!» Good luck if YOU do. :/

This is my go-to spot for Chinese take out. The portions are huge so I eat half for dinner and save the rest for lunch the next day. Cleaner place than other Chinese restaurants I’ve been to. Must get the orange chicken, especially when it’s fresh!

Solid Chinese food place-I love the orange chicken and chow mein here =D I’m not sure why people complain about the customer service– they always seem nice when I come in and plus, they give HUGE heaping portions of food. For the price, there’s nothing I can complain about.

Omg their catering service is on point. It’s cheap and they are on time with preparation. My go to place for Chinese food. Especially when I’m drunk it absorbs all the ALCOHOL. The times I’ve been there they always have me a big ass portion…

Yuck. The food was bland and lukewarm. The teriyaki chicken was dry and the«steamed» veggies were soaking in water. Soggy orange chicken. Never going to eat here again. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was clean. In my opinion they also give too much food…

They started to put the chairs upside down on the table and clean up at around 9:00pmish. Nothing is better than a plate of greasy«Asian» foods on days you do not feel like cooking and needing some«soul» foods to fill you up. This place is it. They give you plenty of foods and not using any measuring scale like Boston market. So if you sweat a long day, this will definitely fill you up even though it might not be healthy foods. We were here again on Friday at around 9:00pm. We got our order, sat down to eat, and within five minutes or so, one of their crew started to put the chairs upside down on the table. We were the only two parties eating at the restaurant. I asked the guy if they are closing and he said yes. I asked him what time he close and he said 10:00pm. I asked him if it is 10:00pm already since I did not have a watch with me and he said yes. So we started to clean up and leave. When I got into my car, I looked at the clock in my car and it said 9:15pm. As we were leaving, there were a few groups started coming in to order. There was this Hispanic family rushing his little girl to get out of the car quickly before they close because they saw half of the chairs at the restaurant had already been placed upside down on the tables. Well this is greasy«Asian» foods. You pretty much expected that so there is nothing much to rate about it. It is fast greasy foods Asian style. As for service, it has its days. We have been here before and the services were not bad. But on this date, I find them to be rude and crude. I think this is family owned restaurant by some Vietnamese. YOu will almost be certain to encounter a Vietnamese lady there and/or some Vietnamese«management» level there.

Can’t believe this place is still opened for business! Needs to be shut down! The food that you don’t finish and trashed, they will reuse it!!!

This place is awesome. They load up your To Go box to the max unlike Panda Express. The price is pretty reasonable for the amount of food they give you. I do have a warning though — the food is pretty greasy, but so delicious! So if you don’t mind the greasy and unhealthiness and care more about the price, then this is perfect. TL;DR I recommend this place if you want more bang for your buck if you’re ok with greasy food.

I live really close to this place and love it. Its the only place that makes Chinese food I actually enjoy. The service is fine, they have never been rude to me. They are actually pretty funny gals. The attitude adds a quirk to the place in my opinion!

I’m not sure why this place is rated so poorly. Been coming here for years. They are generous with their portions and their food is pretty darn good. Sure it is «americanized, chinese food» but its still good!

I literally just sat down to eat. This food taste like crap. No flavor, dried out meat… Only benefit is they give you a ton of food. So now I have a very large plate of crap.

Great place! I shop at the walmart across the street and get haircuts next door and always see this place. Usually it is constantly busy which can be a good sign. I decided to try the takeout 2 days ago. Went in around dinner time and had about 6 people in front of me. LOCATION: On the S/W corner of Trask Ave/Beach Blvd. Big location with plenty of seating. Looked fairly clean. Weird setup having seating block beginning of line so customers need to snake around. SERVICE: Fast and efficient. Everyone seemed friendly except that Asian lady everyone Unilocal about. Doesn’t say a word except to tell you the price. And saw her wipe food that spilled out back into the containers(hope surface is clean). PRICE: Competitive with Panda Express. 2 entrée is about $ 7. Extra sides are $ 2. 2 veggie rolls with sauce only 1.49! FOOD: Plenty of it! They really do give you a lot!!! My wife and I shared the 2 entrée and had leftovers. We got the rice and chow mein. Both were good. Also had the BBQ pork and orange chicken. Everything tasted really good! No complaints and no upset stomachs so it’s a win! Overall, great place for take out or dine in. Clean place with plenty of good for the money. We will continue to go back!

Pollo Jalapeño! I’ve been coming here every so often for several months and overall its a pretty good place. They have a selection of your chinese food favorites, mandarin chicken, garlic fish, broccoli beef and the mexican favorite pollo jalapeño!, one of my favorites. Overall this place is fast and easy to get in and out of and the food is pretty good.

I felt like this place isn’t as bad as everyone says. I got A LOT of food for cheap. A one side, soup, and a small chow mien for a little under 10. Which to me is cheap. I didn’t meet a dragon lady but my chow mien was a little bland, and to much BBQ on the BBQ chicken. But I felt like if you walk into a place with no Asians working at a Chinese place it can’t be amazing. The egg flour soup was good. I did think it was going to be cooked in front of me like most wok places I know.
