Come here to upgrade my data plan, since 2GB of data is really little for me to use for a whole month. They offer me great deal to switch to their new promotion family plan with the 1 additional line for free. Excellent customer service, really professional. I would come back again.

Upgraded my iPhone 5s to the 6s a few months ago and I love it! Clover gave me her personal cell phone number my first time here and she has responded to every text whenever I had questions. She has even texted me several times to let me know what deals were going on when/​if I wanted to upgrade without being pushy. When I was finally ready to upgrade to the 6s, I came to the store and Clover assisted me, giving me the options that were available for my plan. She explained every detail and was very patient since I’m a super indecisive person. It took me several days to even decide if I wanted the rose gold or gold — of course rose gold was the one but I just really wanted to keep my options open with the gold LOL before she finalized the order, she went over the details with me once more — iPhone 6s rose gold 64gbs — and didn’t place the order until I was ready. During the time I got the phone, it was backordered and I wasn’t supposed to get it for another month. However I was lucky with the new shipments and I was contacted immediately after only two weeks of waiting!!! I’m in love with my phone, thanks Clover! Forever a loyal customer here.

Shady people. I came in to add a line to my family plan and the told me I needed to pay $ 15 for the sim starter kit and another $ 15 for the sim. They said they could waive the second fee if I spend $ 15 or more in accessories making it sound like a good deal. However, there should not be a second $ 15 fee. I’ve add plenty of lines to my plan and it’s always bee $ 15 (or $ 10 before they recently raised it) for the starter kit and that’s it. They kept pushing for me to purchase accessories but I refused as I planned on complaining to T-​Mobile about their shady sales practices. However, once we got to the end all they charged me was the $ 15 as that’s all they could charge. Most people would of fell for their scam and bought the accessory thinking it’s free because of the fee waiver but the waiver isn’t real. I would stay away from this place. Edit. Just found out they also upgraded my data plan without permission. Had to call in to get it fixed.

I was referred to this place by my uncle and has been coming here for all my phone service needs since. Some of the staff have come and gone but everyone that I met here like Jay, Lynn and Clover have always been so helpful and provided A+ customer service, AND FUNNY too. They always take the time to help me with everything no matter big or small — from consulting my plans/​phone options, unlocking my phone when I travel, setting up my new phone (even putting on free phone protecting screen and suggesting useful apps for me). I highly recommend this store to everyone

Ask for Lynn when you come here. She is such a nice and patient person. She literally spent an hour patiently explaining to my parents about the plan then teach them step by step how to use their new iPhone since they upgrade from flip phones. I’ve been with them since they were still Première Mobile. I always treated nicely when I come here

I was there to ask for the Jump! On Demand program from T-​mobile. They forced me to buy accessories for $ 70 to enroll in that while other store in the area didn’t. That was a cheat. How would you do that for customers! We are not stupid! You will lose customers by doing that. I ended up going to the Santa Ana location at the corner of McFadden & Habor. They offer excellent customer service. If you can speak English, I would NOT recommend to come here.

Their service is really the best in town. Make sure you get your Note 5 and/​or Galaxy S6 Edge Plus on their first release… Preregister now!!!

I’ve been wanting the iPhone 6 plus, but kept postponing it. I’m glad I waited because my friend told me about a promotion going on at retail stores where you could save $ 200 by trading in any smart phone in good condition. Yes, this means a 3g, too, if it turns on and doesn’t have a cracked screen! I traded my mom’s free lg smart phone for a $ 200 credit and gave her my 5s. Clover helped me and thoroughly explained everything. I had many questions. She was very patient and helpful the entire time. She explained that the $ 200 would not deduct immediately, but would deduct in small amounts for 18 months. She calculated my monthly payments and let me know what I would be paying in the end if I wanted to keep my phone. She was not pushy at all and did not try to persuade me to get anything extra. Many places in Westminster do that and it leaves a bad taste in my mouth. No wonder I keep switching retailers. She even put all of my old contacts into the new phone and put my screen protector on for me. I will be referring friends and family to Clover for easy, honest, and quick service.

This place is the best! The guys here are very helpful. I will recommend new customers to come to this T-​Mobile retailer.
I had some complications with overcharge on my bills and they were able to do their magic to get rid of it. I have been to many T-​mobile stores but they dont bend backwards like they do here. I highly recommend everyone coming here!!!

We didn’t have to wait long to open new plan. Jay is nice and he was helping us to choose a right plan which mean fix our pocket and keep us happy which mean pay less and get what us want. Also, he said i could trade in my phone to get iPhone 6 plus. He explains it so clearly and I decide to do it. so i got my new phone after 3 weeks. My parents so satisfied with the service. I definitely recommended him to my family and friends to get great service !!!

From what I know, T-​mobile does not have those «Asian agencies» who offer you cash back and free phones anymore, so pretty much wherever you go with a sign T-​mobile on it, you pretty much are getting the same deals.
So why did I drive 35 miles from SGV to this location to upgrade my plans?
Cause my OC buddy kept mentioning about this shop when we were talking about Iphone 6.
If you’re a guy you know when you head to a store to get something, you go in you get your stuff and you get out less than 5 minutes. However when you bring a woman (your sister, your girlfriend, your mom, your bestie Jenny or the girl you just met at the bar last night), you know you will waste a quarter of your life in the store.
So I decided to take my girlfriend here last week, bad choice, right?
Yet it took them literally 30 minutes to upgrade my lines and ordered 3 Iphones 6+ for us.

I would give them 4.5÷5 stars due to lack of parking spaces but this shop truly deserves 5 out of 5.

Workers here are super nice and friendly! I suggest coming in on weekdays to skip the waiting since they’re usually crowded during weekend but either way, it’s worth the time that you spend coming here. I meant who doesn’t love great service and awesome plan? (Save $$$) ask for Jay, he is very helpful at explaining n helping you finding the best plan/​deal in both Vietnamese and English .

Great service here I received from Jay. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in breaking down the phone plans and what would be the pro’s and con’s of changing my current service.
Whats great is that they can explain things thoroughly in English and Vietnamese and that the whole staff is courteous and professional. They’re definitely a cut above a regular Tmobile corporate store and are somewhere to go if you need a new phone.

Jay is very funny and helpful. He is very patient sit there hours to break down the plan with cons and pros. our family bill usually over 200+ because all my sibling need data and text message for their work. we went to this store last friday to get our plan and phone upgrade and we just picked up our new apple iphone today. we get our data transfer from old phone to new phone. and the guy helped my dad download some aps and teach him how to use new phone properly before we leave the store. he also give him a free case for his new phone. most important is he lower our bill by 50 amonth and give us 5 new devices total. will be back and referrer my friends to you guys. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD WITH WHAT THEY DO :)

I barely going to store to purchase accessories for my phone. Cuz every time I went to Asian phone shop, they alway over price on everything. So I went to clinic. Next to this phone shop. my phone was all scratch on the last one so I stop by this store to have my screen protector put on. Right when I walked in all the staff’s greet me with a pleasure welcoming. The guy that help Me put on my screen was really profs. He clean off the screen then clean out all the leans. After done with cleaning, only took him a blink to finished up with no bubble. Also he get me the clear case to cover my back of my phone. All for affordable price. I fully recommend to stop by this store if u wanna get ur phone services done :)

I’ve always signed my contract with AT&T before and the bill was always high but I had to stick with them because I am a loyal Apple Fan. But ever since Tmobile launched their first Iphone I have been watching them and wanting to switch over but I have a Family Lines that weren’t opened at the same time so There was always a contract somewhere. But when Tmobile recently came out with this thing where they cover the Termination Fee, I was ecstatic! I didn’t know where to go for a Good Deal and I hate those Corporate Stores they always tend to rip you off, so I looked this store up and found it on Unilocal.
A little warning: they are very very busy on the weekend but the wait is not that long maybe 15 mins when I was there. I got greeted by this girl (her name was Clover I think) and she got me on this sweet Deals where it’s only $ 100 for 4 people but I added 1 more person which is $ 10 more and all of us have Unlimited Talk Text and Web (I think 2.5GB of the highspeed and it throttles they don’t charge anything for overages like AtnT). And the best thing? I Pre-​order the Iphone 6 on the 12^th and I got the phone on the 19TH!!! Clover helped waived all my Activation Fees, Free Sim cards and Express Shipping. They don’t have the Accessories for the Iphone 6 yet but She will give me a call when they have it and they will dress my phone up for me. I love this store and for sure will try to drag all my Family members over!

I used to confuse which mobile store should i go to open my phone contract with big deal. My friend suggest me to come here and this is a really good idea. They are so professional and they have good service. The staffs take care of customers with open-​armed.
A staff whose name Tim is so friendly and helpful. He help me to open a contract with great promotion. And aslo give me free acessories for my phone.
I so glad now, i think i should tell my friends and i sure they will have the same feeling with me about the store.

I always avoid the T-​mobile shops because they are so bright and sterile looking. It always seems more expensive dealing directly with them too.
On the other hand, going to an Asian shop can be hard because a lot of salespeople are shady.
So it was refreshing coming into Première mobile and meeting Clover. She was very knowledgeable about the phones and the plans and helped us save money on our current plan. Who doesn’t like to save money?
We ordered a phone and it came in on time and the whole process was easy and stress free. She threw in a free case and 2 screen protectors that she applied herself.
It was a great experience and i highly recommend them.
