Good service, always show new promotion for activation lines or upgrade the new phones too. I came there with my family and activation for 4^th lines and get the free of 4^th. Plus, we have unlimit talk+ txt. 6gb data for each and 10gb data for all family. It is just only $ 120.00 for 4^th lines. Besides that, I still have free data when I watch the shows, movies, on netflix with free data charges.

Do not trust any of sales representatives at this store. We just wanted to add a new line to our family account and get a new phone. They charged us a $ 15 sim starter kit, and a 4 month additional data plan and told us we couldn’t transfer an old t-​mobile phone number to our current family account. We discovered this by calling t-​mobile directly and found out we got scammed $ 65. When we came back to the store these guys were pulling the same scam with the next family.

I came to this store for a family account and IP6 discount program. Annie was there to help me with all the process；especially the complicated trade in steps. Good job Annie!

This place tries to scam you. I went here with my friend to exchange her samsung galaxy 6 edge for an iPhone 6+. She had the phone for less than a week and wanted to try the iPhone 6+ instead. My friend told me she bought it from this vietnamese retailer and that for the price of her upgrade, they gave her a 64gb for the price of a 32. I thought that was nice and the exchange should be easy. When I asked the employees if they could exchange the phone, they tried to dissuade her from exchanging the 6 edge. They were really sarcastic and didn’t seem helpful at all. Since I know a lot about phones, I told my friend that the 6+ would have been cheaper and more user friendly than the galaxy 6 edge. The 2 people that were working told us that there would be a restocking fee. I thought that was normal but when they told me it would be 20 or 30%(they were estimating) of the phone’s original value, I knew something was sketchy. She had paid ~$ 840 for her 6 edge so that would be a $ 160+ restocking fee. That was outrageous so i called t-mobile’s help center and they told me that it was a $ 50 flat rate for any restocking fee for any smartphone. When i confronted them about it, they just changed the subject. They even told my friend to return the phone herself when they were the one that should be processing the return since they ordered it for her. What was the point of opening a business when you make the customer do all the work. Worst experience ever. Do not recommend this place at all,

I came here to ask about the discount program but the guy talked to me carelessly and kept talking to his colleague. So damn rude! I hate this place and never get back!
