They have only screwed up my order once(and I go there very often) Good place and very friendly staff. And if you give them a recipe from the«secret menu» they will do it for you!

Nice people, got my order correct, which is always good :). However, I find it extremely rude and unprofessional to hear staff swearing and gossiping loud enough for customers to hear. Reflects very poorly on the location, management, and staff.

Great stop on the way to work at night. Never a line in the drivethru. Only had a problem with one order and they gave me a free one the next day(wasn’t able to go back that night). Friendly staff and often have breakfast sandwiches available at night. Late mornings the place is BUSY, both inside and the drivethru. Lines can be long so don’t plan on getting anywhere in a hurry. Stay-at-home moms usually have the majority of tables. They also can make it a tiny bit louder than a typical Starbucks if you’re able to get a seat. Otherwise, good coffee and Wi-Fi works.

Inside staff is great! Helpful, prompt. They do screw up orders; at my recent visit, I asked for skim milk and somehow that got translated to soy milk. But, the staff fixed it right away. The drive thru, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Very slow! And, if they screw up, you get to repeat the whole process. Bummer.

Quiet inside and super popular with the new mom crowd. I was the only guy in the store at one point which was a bit weird when 2 ladies decided on synchronized milking. Other than that, it is coffee and wi-fi.

Great location. Right by the Orchard. How can you go wrong? Nice service and nice seating. I am a Starbucks fan.

Okay, I have been to this Starbucks over 6 times in the past year and everytime I order a Mocha they give me a friggin Vanilla Latte instead. Seriously, how can you possibly screw up a drink with it printed on a sticker right on the cup. My advice would be to go to 144th or 120th and skip the one at 136th and I-25.

How can Starbucks screw up a Caramel Macchiato??? That’s like their signature drink. It tasted like water. Dirty water. It was disgusting. The entry door is impossible to find, and parking is ridiculous. The drive through is convenient, until they screw up your drink and you’ve got to find a parking spot and wander your way inside. No thanks.
