NOT A REAL SPRINT STORE!!!
BE CAREFUL, it looks exactly like a corporate sprint store but it’s a sleezy franchise in disguise. Trust me, don’t go here. I didn’t realize that it was a franchise location until it was too late. I’m not saying there aren’t great franchise stores but this is not one of them. This place will do just about anything to make a commission off you and once they do, there’s nothing you can do about it. When they sell you (or a family member) something you don’t want or need, you’ve got no recourse. Once they’ve got your sale in the bag, they’ll tell you they can’t help you. The guy that helped us was a super slick, greasy salesman and we ended up with a tablet (that I don’t even like but am now stuck with) because they tricked my mom into thinking her bill would be lower if she got it. So now we have an extra line in a two year contract that we don’t want or have any use for. AND now we can’t change our plan to a cheaper deal because we have that 4^th line. They are only out to make a buck off of you and they could care less what happens to you.

Worst customer service EVER! Did not even look at my phone, just said, oh well it’s apples problem, take it there! Seriously! Bitches, I pay 280.00 a month and you won’t even look at my phone to see why the slide to open isn’t working? Good job, not! Hope you’re not crying about not making 15.00/hr to stand there like zombies. I will also be contacting apple and letting them know how sprint feels about their product! Can’t wait for this location to fail, and both employees looking for a new job! Good luck with that! Call me if you need a job reference. Ha. By the way, sprint store on Brookhurst. Best customer experience. Yes, that’s right, it might have taken them 20 minutes of their precious time, but fixed it no problem. This location is s joke!

This store offered me a lease option only. I have been a loyal customer for 10 plus years. I went to another sprint store in the westminster mall and purchased a phone. This branch does not offer what others do. I will not be going back to this store.

I give this 5 star for the customer service the employees are so helpful I was helped by Naz she was great, she helped me so much with everything, answered all my questions I liked the CS so much I told my friends about it my only complain is that I have to turn all the way almost to the next street to make a u turn and than go in but am willing to do it for the CS

Not only is this location extraordinarily difficult to get to, the «service» provided to me was absolutely horrible. I was «assisted» by Farnaz Razavi. We have spent the last two months going back and forth with Sprint to fix all of her mistakes. Not to mention her straight up lies! I’m not sure whether this was ignorance, or malice, but either way it is unacceptable. She cost us more than $ 300 in wrongful charges and fees. I could get into the nitty gritty here but after having spoke to countless representatives over the phone, I am plain tired. After this contract ends Sprint will NEVER receive my business again and I warn everyone to STAY AWAY. The actual cell service on my phone is crap too. Not worth it.

Horrible customer service! The first time I was here, one of the employees ended up opening 2 lines under my name without my consent, didn’t cancel it, then Sprint was charging me for two lines and a cancellation fee. They had me in the store for close to 8 hours! Very unprofessional staff!

Not sure if it’s the staff or its SPRINT’s system. Why do they suckkkk so bad. We’ve been back here probably over 10x. Each problem takes about 2 – 3 visits to solve. It’s annoying to just come back and get in line and then to think problem is fixed. From new enrollment to billing issues. (Overcharged & fee waivers & discounts.) Whatever it is, it’s never a smooth deal.

I try using this store cause its local. They lack experience. I wanted to open a business account with several lines. I asked how much the phones would cost he said 30 per phone. Sounds great right… not so much. Thats 30 per month for 2 or 3 years financing the phones. Completely lied to me he should work at a used car lot. Overall i was looking at 5k before I walked out. So I decided to try the other store down the street on golden west and westminster. Walked out with all lines free nothing out of pocket.

First off, this place isn’t your actual Sprint Store — it’s an authorized dealer of Sprint. With that being said, the only reason I would even give this place 2 stars is because of Eric. He was super nice and really tried his best to help me. I had an issue with my charging port on my phone not working. No matter what you connect to it, it wouldn’t take the charge. So I came in early that day to drop off my phone because they said it may take a few hours around 1pm, mind you this was at 10am. Ok well i figure they would call me to give me a status update by that time but no. I called back at 2pm and asked what the status is, and the tech said he is currently working on it. I asked him how come he didn’t call to tell me, he said he was busy and there were other customers before me. WTF?! How can that be when I dropped off the phone to you 1^st thing in the morning?! He sensed my frustration and said he’ll be working on it right now and to come pick it up at 4pm. I came in at 4pm and waited another hour later to even get any acknowledgement from the staff. After that hour wait, the tech comes by to tell me that he couldn’t work on my phone because he doesn’t have the part for it. Umm couldn’t you have told me that when i walked instead of having stand there and wait?! So regardless if i had insurance or not, he said he would only charge me $ 10 to fix the problem but i would need to bring my phone in again the next day. ARE YOU F’n KIDDING ME?! Another customer heard me and suggested i go somewhere else because he’s dealt the tech before and he said he’s a douche. So I left and went to the actual Sprint Store in Westminster and guess what?! The issue with the charging port was covered under my insurance! No out-​of-​pocket fee like that dumbass who was trying to make an easy buck off of me. So just an FYI — unless you want to waste your time waiting or get ripped off by the tech, I would suggest going to the actual Sprint Store. At least you know you won’t get jacked or deal with shady ass techs.

Best customer service I have ever had at any electronic store probably any store ever! Justin went out of his way to help me get set up and the other workers were equally as helpful and nice to everyone that walked in. I would recommend taking anything you need here.

Don’t trust sprint! I’ve been with sprint for over 15 years, I have 2 smart phones with crappy coverage, sprint promised me 10% off with my credit union, then dropped all my previous discounts thus jacking up my bill by $ 35, so my bill went from $ 130 to $ 165! they promised me $ 130– $ 11, but instead im now at $ 165, and nothing they could do, but I can get out of my contract for $ 450! Yep! sprint offically sucks!!!

Eric and Frank helped me with my gold iPhone 5s upgrade. They were both really cool and helpful. I feel like I usually haven’t had great experiences at phone stores in the past, but this place is great. I will only come to this location in the future.

Overall the Sprint Network sucks in this area but it’s cheap for the plan we want.
The employees are great, friendly and not pushy like most sales rep are, they suggest items not enforce it. They tell the truth about fees and the plan and not lie about it.
I’ve been in there a couple times for issues and purchases and it always goes by smooth.

After many years of being a T-​mobile customer, my whole family decided to hop onto the iPhone wagon so we decided to shop around to see which providers had the best deals for a family of 5. We were ready to just open it up At&T, but my brother told us to check Sprint just in case they offered a better deal. I was pretty sure they wouldn’t since I had looked online already but figured it wouldn’t hurt to just check. Good thing we listened to my brother!
This Spring store is located at an inconvenient location but other than that there is nothing for me to complain about. Once we found where it was, we were greeted by Amy, the manager. She was incredibly patient, helpful, kind, and understanding. We told her about our plan to open up 5 iPhones and she gave us the run down for the packages. Since we were just shopping around, we did not have the intention to open up the plan with Sprint but Amy gave us such a great deal on the plan! She told us about special discounts for business owners who open up a Home Depot card and it worked out perfectly since we were going to open one up anyways. Amy, Jose, and one other gentlemen working that day were incredibly nice, and answered all our redundant questions with a smile on their faces. They gave us great deals on the iPhone accessories and definitely cared about whether or not we were satisfied.
Recently, we had an issue with the bill being sent to the wrong address and ended up being charged for more than we thought. We called the customer service line up at the corporate office and they were not as helpful. So we decided to call this Sprint Store the day before 4^th of July to have this issue resolved. Jose picked up the phone and was incredibly helpful! Amy was the one who set up our account so I called for her first but Jose was able to take the message for her. He said he would relay the message to her and get back to us. I was not expecting them to resolve this issue as it was the eve of the holiday but Jose ended up calling me back to follow up. My brother and I came into the store since it’s sometimes easier to resolve the issue in person and we met with Jose. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely cared about helping resolve our issue!
I don’t know how many times I used the word helpful and caring in this novel review but this Sprint store gave such great customer service. We’ve probably come into this store multiple times asking little questions that arises about our plan and they’ve always been so helpful and caring!
