Business Owner

Mr. Schaefer has worked in the plumbing profession since 1973. He is a licensed Master Plumber/​Gas Fitter in the State of Maryland. He has been certified in backflow prevention in Maryland since 1996. Mr. Schaefer is currently Chairman of the Carroll County Plumbing Board, and Co-​Chairman of the PHCC-​NA Task Force on Green Construction & Water Conservation. He is a past PHCC National Director, past President, Board member and Trade Show Chairman of the Maryland PHCC.
