This place has really went downhill. The past two times I’ve been I have had terrible experiences. Each time I paid for a pedicure and they have actually hurt and made my toe bleed. Why do they insist on digging down the side of my nail I will never understand. The last time the paint job was terrible. They didn’t even cover the entire nail. The time before that it peeled right away. I think because they thin out the polish to make it last longer. Also the last time I got a gel manicure and in less than a week the entire manicure peeled off. It was very busy and I feel like they rushed me through. The massage was a joke too, and we all know that’s the best part. I can guarantee that I will never return to this place again.

I have been to Natalie’s a few times but yesterday was my last. I walked in for a pedi. I was taken back to a chair within 5 minutes and left to soak my feet. A few minutes later the manager came and started my massage chair. From there no one said a word to me or touched me for 65 minutes. I watched new people come in for manicures. The lady that walked in after me asked for Richard and was waited on immediately. There is no system to service people as they entered. Basically if they know you they will wait on you. T finally completed my pedi. He did a nice job. He apologized for the wait but never offered compensation for my wait. Next time Natalie, offer to upgrade the pedi with no charge. Just a suggestion. They guy next to me getting his first pedi was just as annoyed. His girl kept getting up to care for her crying baby in the back. Then she brought the baby out to care for her while trying to complete this guys pedi. So unprofessional. I question how clean the instruments were. I know the towels were dirty. I saw some else’s cuticles still on them. T re used the blue latex gloves he took from his basket. There were fresh ones in the basket but he struggled into the used ones. This has not been the first time there’s been a problem. The last time I was in I had an appointment. They asked me to sit and wait that they would be right with me. 20 minutes later, after taking 10 other walk ins I finally asked to be taken back. They apologized and said they forgot I was sitting there. Really ??? The staff can be rude. Strongly recommend you stay safe and find a cleaner establishment.

This was my 1st time at this salon and it will be my last. The person who did my pedicure was down right rude and insulted me several times. I was speaking with my friend about how I needed to dye my hair again and she replied«yeah I can see your roots from here.» I let that slide thinking she was trying to be funny. Over the next 30 minutes, she said«EW!» when i took my feet out from the tub and that I cut my nails wrong and that I needed to get a pedicure every other week and to come back to see her.(Um no!)The pedicure it self was horrendous. She repeatedly jabbed the tools into my skin and nails and I bled at one point. Besides the terrible service, the woman also openly aired her dirty laundry. Talking poorly about her boyfriend and he had threatened suicide a few days eariler and how she«wished he would just leave» her. This put my friend and I in a very awkward position. How do you respond to that? And any time my friend and I would try and talk she would butt into our conversation like a 4 year old. At the end of my visit I was also charged $ 5 more than what I was told. I will not be back here again. I would only recommend this place to my enemies. I have never had a pedicure that was painful. And as a person who has worked with the public for many years, she makes it to the top of my list for the worst employee.

AWSOMEJOB! I got married Saturday and went to Natalie’s on Thursday to get my nails done. I wanted French toes and my pedicure was great, took about 45 – 50 min and they worked the whole time. Then to make the event more special they brought out there own sparking drink to share with us so we could toast, that meant a lot for a bride! It was the thought that really made the whole experience that much better! I then got my nails done the gel was definitely worth it. My nails looked like PERFECTION on my wedding day and so did my designs. I love this place and will be back for ANYANDALL events in the future :)

I’ve had an ok experience here. The nail salon feels dirty to me. The pedicures and gel manicures aren’t really thorough or relaxing. But, my gel manicure does last for about 2 to 3 weeks.

Wanted to get pampered and went to get my nails done. My first impression of the place felt like the people who worked there didn’t want me there. i felt rushed to pick out my nail color. The lady was nice but i couldn’t really understand her. She kept asking me if i wanted to get my eye browns waxed when i only wanted my nails done. She did my nails for me and it was horrible! she didn’t file or cut my nails right and my nail polish was melted when i put it under the UV light to dry… i will NOT be going back again… i had a horrible experience. i went home to erase my nails! what a waste of money.

Hmm, they pushed the«perfect match gel manicure and regular pedicure» I have pink red toes and bright pink nails — complained and they did nothing about it. Will never go again!

They do great designs on their nails, don’t get me wrong, but it’s hiding the shotty quality of the nails that they do. They peel off after days and file your natural nail down way too much. Fills are done horribly… the last one i had left air under the acrylic! Asking for trouble with that… My last fill I had a very young girl who filed my nails so fast that it was burning the whole time! I had never experienced that much pain, even asking her to stop and that it hurt, but she just started speaking in Vietnamese to her partner next to her. They don’t have gel acrylic there. It’s basic acrylic with the gel topping to it. Don’t get fooled by them. Instruments are not cleaned and I’ve had children’s scissors used on my nails. I got a pedicure there and they scrubbed so hard they cut my foot! He then said I needed to go tanning to stop being so pale! Rude! I went to a different place and they are absolutely beautiful and clear. There… not so much. They charge you different prices every time you go. I’ve had a full set cost me $ 35, then two weeks later a fill costs me $ 30. Uh, that doesn’t seem right. They’re so concerned with getting new clients that they forget the people who made them popular…

This nail and hair salon opened up a few years ago next to the Salsarita’s in Westminster. I came here to get my nails done for my wedding, and they did a great job. I routinely come here to get my hair cut and highlighted by Vicki, a hair stylist who works out of this location. I highly recommend getting your hair cut or colored by Vicki. She always incorporates my requests and has a great flair for styling hair based on the person. Vicki’s prices are so affordable that I drive an hour to come get my hair cut and colored by her!
