We are your one-​stop shop! Relax in our air conditioned lounge while we service your ride. Feel free to browse our catalogs for apparel or even get a hassle free insurance quote while you wait. I’ll even take an extra 10% off your oil change if we cant beat your current rates. Some exclusions may apply such as, you do not currently have insurance of course.

History

Established in 2013.

The history of QuickShift actually began back in the 80’s, when a couple young motorcycle riders from Long Beach wondered why there was not a «Jiffy Lube» type of business for motorcycles. It really didn’t go to much further then just an idea at the time.

After working mundane jobs for the last twenty years these young riders now older and not having a lot of time, resorted to hiring shops to work on their bikes. At astronomical costs and with the inconvenience of appointments, enough was enough and it was time to make QuickShift a reality. In November of 2013 that is what happened when a lease was signed for QuickShift’s first location in Westminister.

We have evolved quite a bit bringing in new partners and sharing ventures. We are focused on not only fast and affordable motorcycle lube services but, also expanded to offer incredible insurance rates, media services, as well as retail sales. So keep your eyes open for us and your rubber down!

QuickShift is a new franchise that has a broad range of products. We offer fast and convenient oil/​tire changes for motorcycles. While you wait, feel free to browse through our retail store where we sell motorcycle parts, clothing, sun glasses, and urban art. You can even get an insurance quote on your motorcycle, house, boat, or car from one of our friendly on-​site QuickShift insurance agents. QuickShift also has its own Media group so do not be surprised if there is a model or two walking around. If that is not enough for you, then by all means just relax on one of our couches and enjoy looking for hidden messages in one of the nine 20ft by 20ft Graffiti Murals we have on our walls. We truly are a «One Stop Shop».

I recently purchased a new 2016 cbr500r and bought it back to get lowered and have clipons installed, I had a good experience the first visit here but unfortunately a very bad experience this time around, I’m not certain who’s fault it is but I know its not mine. Shortly after riding my bike back not more than 6 miles the brake fluid housing worked its way loose enough to block my front brake lever from engaging which can be seen from the video, a cable was also not connected responsible for making the rear brake light activate when using the front brakes, I dont know how this is possible as I thought there should be a screw that prevents the housing from rotating, I have since moved everything around and retightened everything up and monitor the situation… Luckily I did not need to stop suddenly since I was not on the freeway and was able to use my rear brakes the rest of the way home. I really appreciate the speedy service and good prices but at the same time dont mind paying more to have a job done correctly and safely, just a heads up for future clipon installations.

Shortly after posting this review the owner Rob contacted me and met with me the next day to make sure the bike was in safe riding condition, I appreciate the quick response and the fact that he acknowledged the mistake that was made, overall I still consider this shop an excellent choice to have work done, but as a customer Ive learned to always double check everything, the owner of this business obviously cares alot about his customers.

Okay I will keep it short. These guys are amazing from communication to service and attitude. Much more better comparing to any place I have been to. I’ve never written any reviews but they changed my mind. If you live around, I definitely highly inform you about this place.

Rob and Vinny are top notch motorcycle mechanics! I had a stripped engine bolt and Rob fixed it for me for a great price! Rob and Vinny always help me out with any questions and never try to overprice or haggle me, they truly take pride and care in their work. They are honest and genuine people. I would recommend this shop to anyone!!!

They did a great job on lowering my R6 suspension, fixing my turn signals, break lights and horn which ended up being a short problem that I was right about. I can’t wait to pick up the aftermarket exhaust tomorrow.

AWESOME experience. We bought a Road Glide Valentine’s Day and were the last customer out the door that night. I was SO IMPRESSED with EVERYONE on their staff. They GENUINELY cared about the customer and each person kept a positive attitude in spite of having to work longer hours and some not yet having their dinner. Every corporation in America can take customer service lessons from Harley Davidson (at least the Westminster office which is my only experience with HD so far).

Having been a rider since 1959, you can imagine how many shops I have dealt with over the many DECADES. Be assured, Vinny, Rob, and Chris are peerless in my TOTAL 57-​year experience. The foremest things are: the enthusiasm, warmth, the caring. The guys really do care. Period. And then there are the prices. Fantastic savings over the hungry sharks that abound in the OC. Not here… I thought I was back in my beloved 1960s again.
They went thru my four carbs on my gorgeous 1973 Honda CB-​750 K3, made them right w/​o the necessity of rebuilding them as other shops surely would have done, installed the sexy new gold chain I provided, changed the oil with the very best available, and generally went over the bike to make sure everything was cool. The price was jaw-​dropping. And that is why this happy and rather satisfied first-​time customer will always come back. What a shop!!! Purrrrrrr… Jimmy happy!!!

Decided to take my girl «15 Yamaha R1» to install my new tires. Took fairly long for the tech to install the tire on my front rim. Waited around 2 hours, but he got the job done! Other than that they had extra room to do my bike since I didn’t call in for an appointment. I will be going back in the future.

Just got my first bike raised here and everyone there is very genuine and kind to me. If your problem doesn’t take long to fix, they have a sick ass lounge with some comfy couches and a TV to just kick back while your bike is being fixed. I would say the pricing is pretty fair considering the quick work that they do. I’m definitely coming back if I need any of my problems fixed.

I do ride over than 14 years, my experience with motorcycles shop not good at all, ripping me off a lot.
Until I went to Quick Shift’s and had the most faithful service on my R1, after service has done on it, I have never felt my R1 smooth and great shape like that.

So this shop does basic maintenance for motorcycles, and sells insurance. I’ve been an eternal member of AAA and do my own maintenance, so take the rest of this for what its worth.
I was here for an open house, and the owners of this new establishment seemed to have good energy to spreading the word. There were a lot of clubs from outside OC there, and a few solo riders, such as myself and quite a few locals I know. I’d hate to put down a shop that is all about a big passion of mine (motorcycling) and their stunt show was pretty cool, so for the positive vibe I got from the owners, I feel good giving it a thumbs up.
