I love nuoc mia! It’s really fresh and delicious here, but they put way too much ice, so it’s actually really expensive. Pretty much you’re only getting 1⁄3 of the cup of juice :(

My new place to get nuoc mia(Sugar cane drink). Their largest size is only $ 4. The cheapest I’ve found for around the area. And they have the mango jar soaked in this liquid, which is marinated with vietnamese chili and you eat it with salt and pepper. SOADDICTIVE!!! I usually buy it and eat it while watching movie. $ 8 a lb. THey’re nice people.

First time I tried freshly made sugar cane juice. It was AMAZINNGGG. I am definitely coming again. I got the four dollar one with my friend. It was the sugarcane with a hint of tangerine. Ahhhhhh, so good. Don’t know about the rest of their menu but five stars for their sugar cane juice!

New owner. Great tasting sugar cane drink, just too little. I think the price was 2.25 or so for the small. The cup is filled 80% full with ice.

Honetsly found my new favorite Sugar Cane Place. After eating some yummy phở and feeling the after effects of MSG(for me, it’s dry mouth and thirst, for others it could be shriveling up, aching joints, or a bad back, no joke, this stuff is serious hah), I had some hankering for my ever favorite Vietnamese drink, the freshly pressed cane of sugar with it’s juices quenching my thirst. What I enjoy about them is that they have 3 different sizes of drinks, depending on how parched you are. The small is $ 2, medium is $ 3, large is $ 4. Okay, the small, is pretty much the same size you get everywhere else for $ 2.50-$ 2.75, and it’s not full of ICE either. Just enough to get a balance of cold and brisk with great sugar cane flavor. I had the medium, it was huge, period. Shared it with the mother. Service was great, very friendly, not overly crowded and freshly pressed every time. I say, anytime you’re in the plaza that has Furiwa, the ever so over hyped boiling crab, save some cash and head over to Vien Dong for a great refreshing drink. Trust me, it’s good eats… er.emm.drinks hah.

Good Sugar Cane Juice, Reasonable, and Quick This place is a combo mini store and Sugar Cane place. I have been here twice now and both times the Sugar Cane was pretty good. They make the juice fresh right in front of you. Twice it was the same nice lady. This drink hits the spot when it is hot. It is also very complimentary if you get it along with a bahn mi from Top Baguette a few doors down! They offer variations of the sugar cane. Twice I wanted to try it with the strawberries they offer. Twice they did not have the strawberries. The cane sugar with the tangerine is pretty good. I would suggest trying that. Price-the small is actually kind of big. $ 2.00. This place is not too busy and is quick. It is accessible and parking is easy. Your in-out time will run you about 5 minutes. This is your typical style place for the area. No Frills or Thrills. just tasty sugar cane!
