This is the WORST McDonalds I have ever had to deal with… consistantly bad. I am forced to visit this location to get something for my mother. If you have an option go ANYWHERE else. Bad service bad food wrong orders and huge waits.

Manager Joey was very helpful and bought our meal after getting home and finding out our fries were cold and greasy. He is always apologetic. And very sweet
His customer service is outstanding.

Ok come on — I know it’s McDonald’s — but still… every time I go to this location my food is never up to par. Fries are not fresh, burgers are over peppered. There always seems to be a line in the drive-​thru which is annoying — and even their Redbox is out of order 50% of the time. Not going to this one again.

First off, it’s McDonald’s, I know. But surely there must be a basement as far as McDonald’s are concerned? This place was crawling with flies… The clerk was kind enough to let me know that the McDonald’s he normally works at in the WalMart actually somehow has MORE flies. A statement to which I replied «Gross», and then it was all awkward backpedaling after that. It took ages to get my soda cup, my fries had a weird taste to them (may have been psychological), and the seating area was a mess. Good thing I only get a McDonald’s itch once every 3 years or so.

Ok look its a McDonald’s right? Well yes technically but how they manage to screw up orders consistantly and take forever to do it is beyond me. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. You don’t have to drive too far South or North on Federal to hit another one and it will be worth your while to do so. I thought the first few times it was a fluke. I waited in the drive up lane for over 15 min on more that one occaison.
And then to find they got the order wrong to boot. I gave them enough chances and now I’m done. Not Lovin It
