This is a review from a female customer in San Diego (my aunt). She wants to give Mai a 5 star review for her excellent eyebrows tattoo service! She went to Mai three years ago and doesn’t need to go back because her eyebrows still look good! Brows look natural and color is still intact. EXCELLENT JOB AND SERVICE!
Mai is your go to woman if you need to get your eyebrows done! If my aunt could give her more than 5 stars, she would! Thanks Mai for making my aunt a happy customer!!!

I found myself keep coming back to Mai Phuong studio. Why? Two reasons… she does an amazing job on my eyebrows (and eyelids) and great service!
My friends, family, and clients (I’m a realtor) keep giving me compliments on how nice my eyebrows are… not only they look nice, but also very natural! I have some friends have their eyebrows and/​or lips tattooed by different studio and still ask me where I have mine done so they can go to Mai Phuong studio for a better (and natural) look.

I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows. The best part is that they look natural. Mai Phuong is very detailed and knows exactly what shape fits your face. She is caring and considerate, taking her time. She took about an hour giving me the perfect arch and color match. I posted a photo below, which was taking right after it was done. I get a lot of compliments on them now and when I say they are tattoos, people have to inspect up close and they still can’t believe it. I’m so happy I trusted Mai Phuong.

Thanks you so much for posting your reviews about this lady and her business. She always use «Te^» Ba‘o Go^‘c «in her ads… which I am not so sure she really know what’s she’s talking about. But after reading your posts… I am sure will not come to see her. Thanks again everyone!

So, Mai Phuong contacts me on Unilocal wanting to talk to me… obviously she wants me to take my review off. Ahh… NOT happening until she changes her ways and runs a professional legitimate business… people need to know about her. It appears people have payed attention to my review. When you know what your talking about and are forthcoming… people listen.

I needed a facial bad, it has been years since I had a facial so I asked around and someone suggested this place. I was breaking out because of hormonal imbalance after having my son. After a few treatments, my skin was clearing up! Definitely coming back here.

Came to get a facial and walked out feeling like a million bucks. This lady is super professional and knows her stuff. Thanks! Mai Phuong! Will be returning and telling my friends and family.

I have never had acne in my life until recently. My mom noticed my skin was breaking out and actually forced me to go here to get professional help. I just completed my 5^th treatment and have to say I couldn’t be happier. My acne have cleared and my acne scarring is 75% better. I highly recommend Mai Phuong for her professionalism and dedication to my skin. She took it as a challenge to defeat my acne and give me the «skin“that I am not embarrassed to show off.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! What kind of a business has NOTHING but 1 star accompanied by a series of complaints? After my experience here, I believe every single one of these comments is true to a tee. This woman comes across as unstable and extremely rude. PLEASE read all these comments and complaints and DO NOT go here. Turn her into the police and file as many online complaints as you can to share your own bad experience should you have one like I have, in hopes that her business will shut down. My mother and I experienced everything you see listed in these reviews, and I only found out when I was reading them on Unilocal while at her office! My mother (without telling me) had her eyebrows done here. 1) The lady lectured her for changing her appointment once, claiming, «You seem to be changing your appointment quite a bit, ok?». 2) I arrived at her office with my mother to make sure she knew what she needed to correct on my mother’s brows. She refused to let me come to the back, made us walk back out to the waiting room, stand in front of the counter while she stood behind it, she talked to her friend that came in while I was speaking to her. Thereafter, she refused to listen to what I had to say in regards to my mom’s eyebrows being misshapen and too dark, she had the audacity to tell me, «I don’t want to listen anymore, ok»? 3) She then went on a tirade with my mother about how rude I was and when my mother spoke up for me – Mai Phuong went on to state, «Never mind, I don’t want to talk about it». EVERYTHING you see in these reviews is what I experienced. Her rudeness, her M.O. of never acknowledging her wrongdoing. She is an embarrassment to the Vietnamese business community and I pray that with the power of social media, we can ensure that no one else suffers at her hands.

BUYER BEWARE!!! NO ONE SHOULD EVER PUT THEIR FACE IN JEOPARDY BY COMING TO THIS LADY! If 100% of the Unilocal reviews are negative, that is a MAJOR red flag! This lady took advantage of my 62 year old mother telling her that she could fix her poorly tattooed eyebrows. Charged her $ 300+ and made them worse! Now we returned for the retouch and she’s saying that she couldn’t fix the eyebrow because the original brows were way too bad to begin with. Then why did you take $ 300+ and say you could??? Ridiculous, scam artist. She is a disgrace to the profession and especially Vietnamese business owners.

This place is FULL OF SH*T!
1. Does BAD JOB on your EYEBROWS
2. ALL this lady freakn cares is about TAKING YOUR MONEY! After that she doesn’t give a SH*T!
3. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL — she yells and gets angry at me (the CUSTOMER) when I try to schedule an appointment with her for touch up — WTF IS THIS CRAP?
*Not only that but she fckn SCHEDULE THE WRONG TIME — I mean REALLY? WTF…
She rushes you into getting your eye brows done — DOES A FCKN BAD JOB — takes your money — and doesn’t give a CRAP afterwards…
She talks all these bullsh*t about making it look nice n sh*t… but in reality she will SCREW YOU OVER!
Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Such horrible experience and she claims to have 20yrs of experience — such load of bull crap…
