I was so happy to find this office because of my cousin’s recommendation. My two children have been coming here for the last 4 years. We love the friendly and helpful staffs. My children love the doctor. Due to high deductible, we have saved a lot since we come here.

I’ve never felt the need to write a review on a place before but after my recent experience here. I felt the need to warn everyone.
Where do I even start?
— The doctor is NEVER NEVER on time. I have been taking my 3 children here for 2 years and have NEVER waited less than 1 hr. I have waited up 1.5 hours And that is with an appointment.
— Not only is she always late when she comes into the room she goes through the appointment as fast as she can and before I can ask any questions her hand is already on the door knob walking out.
–This office has 1 lady that gives all the shots and she GOT mad at my daughter for crying when my daughter saw her. WHAT CHILD IS NOT SCARED OF GETTING SHOTS?
–The only Good staff members are Tammy:) and Amy :)
–They truely try to make a connection with each child especially Tammy. BUT they should not be put in a position where they have to keep making excuses for the doctor always been late.
— DO NOT MISTAKEN Tammy :) for TANYA! The OLD LADY that works the front desk. If you see Tanya run out the door! and do not look back. She is HORRIBLE.
— She was taking a personal call about 85* pastry!!! While I was waiting in front of her. I did not know that pastries were so important.
— She gives me the most mean look whenever I get up to ask a question. Like she is doing me the biggest favor in the world.
— She litterally told me that my 1 ½ year old daughter is So Difficult and needs to behave like the girl in the hall.
–After 2 years of putting up with this place
I WILL NEVER COME BACK and I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW HOW HORRIBLE THIS PLACE IS.

Wish I can give this place a zero star– and today is 8-​12-​2015 my wife bring my baby boy to the place for a vaccines shot-​cuz my kid are way missing lot of vaccines-​my wife try to explain but then one of the staff was so rude about it… I went back in and ask for the record of his vaccine shot-​then done-​No More –and to those you call yourself nurses or whatever– should go to the farm and take care for animals better our children’s not animals so don’t treat them like that.

Long waits even though not many patients.
I am here since 3:05 and my appointment was for 3:30 and its 4:30 right now and am still waiting in the room for the doctor to arrive! Super annoyed.

ZERO star if possible. WORST EVER! This place has no respect for your time whatsoever! Even with appointment, wait time is ALWAYS at least an hour! Actually, you’re lucky if it’s only an hour! last 2 times we went I had to wait for almost 2hrs!!! The worst here is that nurse who gives the vaccination! She is loud, rude and obnoxious! My baby was crying while she gave him a shot and that nurse yelled at my baby and squeezed his legs so tight!!! When they were weighing him, she yanked me to move to the side and I had to push her away defensively! She’s lucky I didn’t say anything! Seriously, it took ALL my morals and upbringing not to cuss at her! And the doctor? nothing special. I’ll be switching doctors soon! I gave this office multiple chances hoping the previous experiences will be different from the next, but unfortunately, I was stupid to even think that. DON’T COME HERE!!!

Waiting area is super small.
Receptionists & Doctor are very unprofessional, loud and rude. They scream down the small hallway at each other and every time you ask a simple question they make you feel like you are bothering them and that they are too busy to answer your question.
With a appointment you still would have to wait 2 hours until is your turn. There is no such thing as an appointment!!!
It didn’t feel like I was at a doctor office it felt more like a flea market…
I hate this place!!! I will never ever take my 3 girls here again.

This is a nice cozy office. With many years of experiences that doctor Dao possesses, we are very pleased and comfortable to have her take care of our children’s health. She is very passionate who has always patiently answered and given instructions to the parents. The staffs are friendly and helpful. If you concern about the wait, please do not. I have been sick and there was a time when I had to go to the clinics almost every day/​week. I’ve learned that the wait at doctor Dao’s office is very normal. You will have to wait the same amount of time or even more at another office. My children love doctor Dao and under her care, my children are happy and healthy. Thank you doctor Dao and your wonderful staff for being a part of my kids’ growth. We wish you always the best.

I’ve tried to really like this place but I literally hate every single one of those dispicable women. They don’t care about their patients at all. The way the older lady with the glasses speaks to people is RUDE. They need to be shut down. I would never want
anyone I care about or even my own worst enemies children to come here.
I’m not just ranting over one single incident. I’ve stayed with them for over a year. What really pissed me off was when my daughter needed her preop checkup. They said they were booked and wanted to just fill out a new preop with the old info and would fax it to my daughters dentist for me. Ok so I thought that’s fine saves me the trip of having to go out there. The next week. I called to follow up and guess what they said they couldn’t do it because I needed to bring out a new form for them to fill out. I drove out there and she doesnt even take the form i brought. She prints out the old form and hands it to me without even updating the date or anything. These women are careless and shouldn’t even be working.
Please dont waste your time here. They don’t care about your kids either. this place is a shithole.

I brought my first born here and after putting up with three incredibly rude and negligent services I switched doctor. The nurse here was so loud and careless I felt like being hustled at the flea market. She ask me to give my son the oral vaccine instead of herself. When she gave him one of the vaccine shot she pulled the needle out so carelessly that she poked on another spot and he bled there. She did this all while being quite rude and obnoxious. I was so blind sided from this that I didn’t react right away but I did call back and talk to the doctor. I appreciate the apology but I had to switch dr for my son.

There are certain times for walk ins so when you go you have to wait. If you make an appointment you have to wait. This place is shit. If you guys want friendly people and assistants then have at it but I don’t want to waste most of my day waiting for a flu shot or to check if I have an ear infection. Id like to end by saying if you’re patient, even you can’t handle the wait

My only complain is the waiting area/​check in is wayyyy too small. I feel like babies will be contaminated by other possible sick babies around. For this reason, I am still looking for other pediatricians.
The staff is actually competent and understands English pretty well (thank God).
The doctor is very nice and outgoing. She was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know.
They also pierce ears for $ 35.
