Soo about 3 – 4 months ago me and my bfriend bought 2 phones about $ 250 ea (virgin mobile) … after the first day of use i experienced bad connection and went to the store and they exchanged my phone… Now two days later i keep having issues with my phone again + my boyfriends phone went back again and again they exchanged the phone now went home and about a week later same thing this time owner ”Larry”” gave us an attitude saying we would have to pay a return fee (jajajaja) yeah right ! We refused and ofcourse they gave me a 3^rd phone and to my suprise ofcourse it was horiible ! Called again and said we wanted our money back they ”wanted” to give us a hard time and we fought back and forth finally we got our money back after waiting 2 months to receive it … Oh yes and the worst thing i hated was that one time i called to report an issue and Larry asked me why arent you calling me from your cell phone (the one i purchased from him) and i said my sister has it and he had the nerve to ask me «’ why does your sister have it” i was dumb enough to anwer his question the right answer should of been none of your business!
Ohh and let me also say larry also said ” i bet you did your homework before buying the phones with us” what is that supposed to mean. I mean who does not research the cheapest place to buy OFCOURSE WE DID ITS JUST COMMON SENSE

Came in the store, asked about the brand new 4g phone. You would think if you are interested in a phone that is 299. They only answered my 1 qs that there are no live phones to test out but there is one where is a dummie phone that is not even turned on so can’t test out the brand new phone. They didn’t even ask in a few minutes I can help you if you have more questions. Bad Sales and bad service.

I came here just to get a refill on my boost phone and I was extremely suprised with the service. The guy there was really informative and genuinely wanted to help me with my issues that I had with my phone. I couldn’t be happier. This is definitely my new boost store. :D
