Only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because I witnessed my car sit in the lot for 15 minutes when I told them I was in a rush. Everything else was great. Even the coffee was good. Bernie is super helpful. The technician knew I was in a hurry and rung me out while the front office guy was helping people just coming in. Overall a good experience and not the most expensive oil change I’ve had.

I went in and got 4 new tires and an alignment on my truck. The service was pretty guck and they did a really good job. I dealt with Jim, he’s a real pleasant guy and seem to be honest and he’s very knowledgeable. I wound up here because of two bad experiences at two different Discount Tire shops. I’m glad that happened after all.

Just really disappointing. I took my car in to get am Über vehicle inspection, and magically my battery was dead when they finished the inspection. They informed me the battery had to be jumped three times before they could get it started. They also did not bother to place the terminal covers back on when they finished messing with my battery. I told them they were full of shit, and my battery has since been working just fine. Additionally they told me my front inside brake pads were worn to almost nothing, and I again told them they were full of shit, as a complete major service was performed on my vehicle in November 2014. I informed them that I regularly have my car serviced at Mike Shaw and don’t get these kind of surprises. I have an appointment with Mike Shaw this upcoming Monday and will be taking the inspection report from Goodyear to Mike Shaw for them to double check what I suspect is a bunch of bullshit. I should have gone to Mike Shaw in the first place.

If there were 0 stars that’s what I would give this location. This is the only Goodyear location that I consistently have issues with.
I just went in to get a nail taken out of my tire and after waiting for 15 minutes at the front desk and speaking to a lady in the waiting area who told me that she also had to step outside to get anyone’s attention I finally stepped into the service area to see if anyone was actually working. To my surprise I found 3 guys chatting none of them actually working. Tony Williams then came up front to see what I needed and told me that it would be at least a 3 hour wait because there is only one guy working and he had an oil change in front if me. He also informed me that I I would have arrived 15 minutes prior then he could have done it.
I work in customer service and if this is the kind of professionalism that the employees of this location are held to than I will take my business elsewhere.

Service is the worst. Wife went in today because I thought the battery was starting to die, I was correct. They told her a new battery would be 200 $ + 10 $ to install. Since when does a basic battery cost 200 $, nothing like over-​charging a customer, or was it because it was a woman. So I went to NAPA and bought a battery for 110 $, that’s right 110 $ and I didn’t charge for installation. Anyways that’s not the only issue we have had with this place. About a month ago my wife’s car also had the AC compressor replaced. After driving for 10 minutes at best, the AC stopped working. We took it back and left it over night so they could look at it, and guess what, nothing was wrong. The AC works off and on at best, most of the time off. We have brought it in many times and they say nothing is wrong, they either don’t know what they are doing or just don’t care. If I were you I would avoid this place at all cost, because that’s what they will charge. And if you do decide to go there, be sure to bring an extra arm and leg so you can pay for crappy overpriced craftsmanship.

Got a flat on the way to work, didn’t feel so good about my spare, so I drove here instead of to work.
Didn’t have an appointment but that was no problem. We walked out to my car and looked at my tires and signed some paper work and I was on my way. Went to work, came back at 4 and everything was ready :)
I asked for 4 tires and an alignment and that is exactly what I got. I got an estimate for any other things that they suggest I can get done (good for a month). and no pressure.
Service was pretty great and I felt confident in the pricing and job that was done.

Excellent customer service, and I don’t feel like they try to push products and services I don’t need. (something I often worry about)
The prices might not be spectacular, but as long as they do reliable work, in a reasonable time and in a professional way… I don’t mind.

Returned for another oil change and asked them to look at a leak. Was able to show them the vicinity of the leak due to drips on the ground. Stephen set a 5 o’clock pick up time and said they would call with info. At 4:45 I had not heard from them and placed a call. They said a tire had a nail, and the leek was the radiator cap (nowhere near where the drips were) that they replaced and I could pick it up in the next 30 minutes. On my drive home I noticed the AC was not working; it was working on my drive to drop the car off. I called immediately and Stephen said to bring it back the next day as everyone was packing up. The next day was Sunday, when I showed up I was told there were no master mechanics on. I drove back in on Tuesday and asked to speak to a manager. Mike fairly quickly assessed that an AC hose was leaking and told me it would be about $ 150 to fix, ignoring the fact that they had fixed and charged me for the wrong thing. On Wed. I called and asked to speak to the owner/​manager. Stephen said he was in a meeting but would give him a message. It is Sunday and I have yet to receive a call. Both crappy work and crappy customer service.
