Also she is professional and keep making me calm and explained to me what she was doing :)

I have been going to Eve & Adam for about a year. Sugaring definitely makes a difference. The membership can’t be beat, it is a great deal on the services I use monthly. The location is very clean and the atmosphere is zen. I usually see Alexa and Sara, they are both experts and always have helpful hints on skin care for me. They keep it comfortable and always make you feel as if you are a close friend. The staff is professional and Rebecca keeps the flow going out front, I have never had to wait. The staff makes the entire experience very easy. The customer service here is top notch.

I’ll start off by saying that this is a very nice place and I’m sure that most people would be happy with their services.
I came in for a Brazilian sugar with Alexa and I have to admit that I am not happy with it. I have had sugaring done many times and I don’t know what she was doing. she started with sugaring me and then gave up? She started to use soft wax because my hair was «stubborn» or something. I ended up with wax all over me and I left confused. When I got home, I looked at myself and there was still hair all over. she missed so much that it’s ridiculous. I ended up going and buying some wax and finishing her job for her. It was disappointing because I know what a good Brazilian is and this was not.

Went here with a couple friends and they had a great experience with great results! Each staff member was also amazing super friendly, welcoming, and super professional. Facility was extremely sanitary and had a great clean smell inside the rooms as well as the lobby. I don’t personally have any hair so I didn’t get sugared but I’d most likely come back to receive some of their other services.

As my instructor, Sarah didn’t disappoint! and even excelled my expectation for a trainer! She went out of her way to pick me and take me back to her business location. She taught me so much in such few hours that I gained not only valuable professional skills but also a renewed confidence in my ability to perform this demanding service! Been going to Eve & Adam’s for about a year and have to say Sarah and her girls are the best around. I have my personal favorite Sadie who makes me feel very comfortable and gets the job done quickly and with minimal pain. In the end I never regret going and leave feeling clean as a whistle.

I started getting waxed in 2011 and this year (2015) i started going to Eve and Adam Brazilian waxing studio and my aesthetician there is Sadie. I go every other month as my hair grows pretty slowly and I can’t fit it in to my budget every single month anyway. But the place as a whole is great even if it is a bit expensive but it is definitely worth it. The best part is Sadie, she’s wonderful and very very professional when she has to handle my junk which I appreciate very much. She makes it as comfortable as possible and is sure to give me a hug after every visit. They have an assortment of snacks and teas to enjoy if you have to wait for a little while. The place gets ⁵⁄₅ stars but Sadie gets ⁷⁄₅ I will go see her for as long as possible. They give you a wetnap and numbing agent to use before you go in. The latter of which I don’t use as i never got that at the first place I went to for this service.
Also they do sugaring instead of waxing which is noticeably gentler on the skin.

I have been going here for about 3 years now. Sadie is so awesome she is so patient and sweet. I started taking my 16yr old daughter she loves her. All the girls are great. I have recommended all my friends to this spa. This place is the best you won’t be disappointed i guarantee it.

Sarah and Libby are ideal instructors if any Esthetician is seeking a sugaring certificate. I wish I could give more stars. They were more than accommodating with patience, professionalism, kindness and follow up. If they can be such amazing instructors, imagine the work they do for their clients! Highly recommend the staff at Eve and Adam!

I’ve been coming here for a sugaring 3 times already and each time was a complete great service. My first visit here, Sadie made me feel comfortable. She engaged in a conversation and even remembered me when I came back nearly four months later. She is such a sweet girl. When the service is finished, she gives her clients a warm hug. I’m sure all the staffs here are as sweet as her.
The pain is all worth the clean and fresh feeling after. Sugaring makes my skin feels so soft and I notice that hair growth decreased if I don’t mess with it.
Although I moved to the east coast, every time I come back to visit, I continued to be their loyal customer because all the staffs are very nice and friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing.

Where to start… Why 5stars? Bri! She is the reason. I’ve been going to Eve and Adams for Sugaring and talking with Shelbi about getting lash extentions Bri happened to be in that morning. I had tons of questions. Since never having lash extentions before. She was a doll, answered all my questions and then some. She told me it would take a few hours, which I thought would be way to long, but decided let’s just do it. So I booked the appointment…
That morning I walked in, she was waiting for me with a huge smile. (I work in customer service and when your addressed with a smile and being called by name it is a huge bonus) so, we go in the room, she explained as she went, we conversed the whole time. Next thing I knew she says were done. I swear it felt like 20 minutes, but yes 2 hours.
Now about my lashes, OMG I love them!!! They look natural, but a bit longer and alot more full. I’ve had several compliments, which ever girl loves to hear, right?! It has cut my time getting ready to go to work, why cause I don’t have to use mascara anymore. For me that was always time consuming. Bottom line I love my lashes, they look great.
I highly recommend that if your interested in lash extentions go see Brianna, she listens to what you want and does a fabulous job.

My boyfriend and I went here for Valentine’s Day for me to get the Brazillian and for him to get the Manzillian. Sarah, the owner, provided our service. She made us feel very comfortable with her humor, all the helpful information she gave us, and because she seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. This was especially important to my boyfriend because he was kind of uneasy about someone else seeing his junk PLUS getting the hair down there ripped off! She didn’t make any part of our session awkward. My boyfriend and I were expecting to get waxed, but we got sugared, which is another method of removing hair and usually more expensive elsewhere.
In the beginning, we were given this gel to numb the area where we were getting waxed, but it didn’t feel like it worked for either of us. However, Sarah explained everything and walked us through the process so there weren’t any surprises and it helped ease my boyfriend’s mind.
We are now considering getting a membership because we love our results!

I decided to join their membership plan. I save $ 15– $ 45 on their services.
Sarah does a fantastic job with sugaring. I was so glad that my first time was pleasant. If it wasnt, i might not have ever tried it again. You should get it done monthly, its less painful.

Great experience here! Costed a little more than I usually pay for a bikini wax, but the girls took me in pretty last minute and were really professional and nice.
Got SUGARED instead of waxed — never going back! Way less painful and also doesn’t irritate my skin like regular hot wax. Would def recommend this place to a friend :)

Lauren did my sugaring and did a fantastic job! Rust me any work in that region can be painful — bit she have me a numbing cream prior and did an excellent job with the hair removal (trust me I have experience). She has a great process and makes you super comfortable. The room is clean and she explains the process to you in as much detail as you would like.
I walked in and fortunately she was available. I would suggest making an appointment though.
I know the owner has a very high standard when it comes to level of service and customer experience as well as products they use and sell. I’ve always loved being able to trust in that.

Waxing and/​or sugaring… Not for the faint of heart!!!
Worth the investment? Would I do it again? TBD.
This is a nice honest mixed review of my first time bikini and leg waxing experience.
Pros:
They wax males as well as females. Yay! You can bring your sweetheart.
They are super duper nice and do a good job explaining things and do everything they can to make you as comfy as possible.
Cons:
If it is your first time waxing or sugaring, you might not get results as smooth as you would with shaving. Mine feels like I shaved 4 days ago. This is because your hairs are at all different growth cycles. The short ones might be hiding amongst the long ones you spent all of that miserable time growing out. My hair grows exxxxxtra slow so this might take like months… Your mileage may vary… In fact it will. Everyone is different in this department.
If you are a ginger, or have rather coarse hair, get ready for the most significant possible pain at the moment they rip. For me, my entire body broke out in a sweat for every rip of the most rooted parts.
More Pros:
Even the worst part of the pain only lasts for the moment of the rip.
They are soooooo nice. They do everything they can to try to make sure you are pleased with your experience. They even tweezed many of my tiny little hairs from my lady parts. Wow. I won’t lie. This was mega painful but I had my heart set on somewhat smooth or at least not hairy looking results.
They have a lot of soothing products on hand to try to help you through this. They used some type of magic oil that started with an A, and some macadamia moisturizer, and some pre-​ripping numbing gel. It’s an hour later and no redness or pain.
Sarah and her staff are amazing professionals. Most of my waxing was done by Libby. I also previously had a stellar face wax from Sadie. Sarah pitched in to help where she could to make the finished product as good as possible. Shelby waxed my sweetheart. He said they had a great conversation and she kept him well distracted throughout being waxed.
This is a nice little business Sarah is running here. The atmosphere is «fancy» without being pretentious or snotty.
Will I wax my legs and lady bits again? I am not so sure. It was so painful and quite the financial and time investment. The results are honestly more impressive with a razor. It was recommended that I try doing this two more times, once per month to see the full results. I am not sure if I can handle all of that growing and hairiness followed by all of that pain and emotional, time and monetary investment. I am kind of a simple girl and razors are so plentiful.
On the other hand, this is sort of like market research for me. I am somewhat interested in becoming an esthetician one day. We shall see if I can endure it…

SADIE!!! please please book any appointment you can with SADIE! I got my Brazilian sugar wax done with her and she is a miracle worker :) she gets you talking so it doesn’t hurt as bad when she pulls the hair off. And she suggests things to help you, and gives you tips on how to prepare for next time :) I tipped her $ 10 I hardly ever tip that much. But with Sadie it’s so worth the money :) I can’t wait to my next one I’m defiantly going to start a membership with them. Sarah the owner is so nice and sweet. They all go out of there way for you here.
I suggest taking Tylenol or something at least 20 mins before to help ease the pain since the numbing gel they give you isn’t always enough to control the pain from sensitivity. Make sure sign the paperwork before you go in, they forget sometimes :)

I’ve been getting waxed since 14 (I’m 22 now) and sugared for the last year and like to think I’m pretty experienced when it comes to hair removal services like sugaring and waxing. I’m sorry, but NO! I went here for a brazilian and leg sugaring over summer and was hugely disappointed by my experience. I like to do my Unilocal research before trying new places, and I was really hoping Unilocal wouldn’t fail me. I decided to choose Eve & Adam because of the awesome reviews, even though the price was 20−50% more expensive than other places I saw on here. Plus they were the only place that had an available same-​day opening…
It took the girl THREE HOURS to sugar everything. WTF? My sugarist in SF and my now go-​to sugarist in OC takes 30 – 45 minutes total for both. I’ve been told numerous times by waxers and sugarists that I have very little hair (plus it helps that I’m pretty short and tiny) and it’s really easy and quick for them to wax/​sugar me.
I found out during my session that the girl had only just learned to sugar and was still getting used to it. That is totally unacceptable. You should not let beginners wax customers until you feel like they’ve achieved a baseline level and skill. I don’t mind if a beginner takes say 15 minutes longer, but three hours is simply ridiculous!
To put the icing on the cake, when I went to go pay I was quoted a price that was more than what was listed online. The owner (at least that’s who I think it was) told me sugaring costs more than waxing. This was NOT listed on their website and I haven’t been to a place that charges more for sugaring than waxing. Most places charge the same for either service. I think it was shady for them to do this because you should clearly list discrepancies in pricing for different services, not surprise a customer after the service. The owner decided to honor the online price after I told her, but I see that there is still no change on their website and she made no comment about why it took my sugarist three hours to remove my hair. Honestly, it was the worst hair removal job I’ve had done.
TL;DR — Go elsewhere. There’s many better alternatives to this place in Orange County and a lot of them are also cheaper and more skillful at sugaring.
