i was just considering an rv and my wife did not want one. unfortunately for the both of us we met mike mallonee who was regrettably helpful, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, understanding, and patient. he gave us his insights based on actual rv experience. this was terrible for me because i had to stop waffling. in addition he gave me a price no one could beat. it was not the brand i wanted, but it was a solid motorhome from a berkshire hathaway company coachman. there was no negotiating as he just came up with the lowest price. no one came close on the internet or in orange county. consequently they are remarkably disliked by other dealers. i know because i asked them about ddrv. he helped through getting accessories and told me what he thought i really needed and told me to think about it when it was not something he thought i needed. this is absolutely terrible as i was just thinking about it. i ended up buying it over the surprise of my wife. If you are just thinking about it, ddrv is dangerous as they were the lowest priced, very professional, understanding, and efficient. plus their coffee is great.

Had a great buying experience from ddrv. I have bought a couple other coaches from other dealers in the area with a lot of broken promises and deceit. I just purchased a new Dynamax super c. They didn’t have the floor plan I was looking for in stock but Rocco and Mike walked us through the process with a factory order. They treated us fair with our fiver trade in as they were $ 1000 more than any other dealer would give us. I had a friend from Utah purchase a unit from the ddrv sister store in Boise with similar a similar experience as ours. That was what took me to the Westminster store initially. Overall, I wouldn’t think twice about going back or send any friends to purchase a new or used rv from them.

We weren’t planning on buying. Chris showed us the 43 foot Grand Design 5^th wheel they just got in as a trade. He showed us about 5 other 5^th wheels and the Grand Design was the best. Excellent price and terms. Delivered as requested. Mike Moreno (financial guy) has been helpful as has Zach. We did the deal quickly and easily. Thanks much all for your support and assistance.

We bought our new 5^th Wheel at the Pomona Show from DDRV, Westminster. Our salesman Ryan was great. We got a good deal buying at the show. Delivery was a bit late, but everyone went out of their way to try and make up for that. Ryan even went as far to personally deliver it to us in Woodland Hills, because our truck was not ready. This is our 4^th RV and have to say it’s been our best experience yet!

I purchased a pre owned travel trailer from them and the only time they actually call you back or even talk to you is prior to receiving your money. The trailer I purchased has a few problems and I’m on my own. I also called to talk with the finance department several times and never received a call back. They just keep passing me threw to dead ends. Needless to say I would not go back or recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with DDRV. This is our second motor home and the experience was night and day from our last purchase. From the walk through to service to the awesome deal from the Pomona show, we couldn’t be happier. The facilities are great and we expect nothing but good things from the service department.

So thankful our first experience of buying a brand new Toy Hauler (we’ve only owned used, bought of craigslist in the past) was with Alex at DDRV. We went in expecting to purchase a trailer but could definitely walk away if the experience wasn’t good. My husband and I went on our lunch breaks, Alex knew the inventory so well he showed us variations of exactly what we were looking for, didn’t waste any of our time and never tried to push anything on us he almost knew what we wanted more than we did. No funny business at all and got us the best deal! Can’t wait to pick it up.
I don;t think people realize the amount of inventory they have just by passing on the freeway, they have everything.

Went in to see about upgrading my current Class A motorhome. Looked at several units and just couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for today, but the salesman (Ali Shahnazari) and sales manager (Jacob Duncan) could not have been better to work with. They patiently took us through all of the motorhomes we were interested in with no hard-​sell. While we didn’t purchase a new unit today, we will definitely be coming back here when we’re ready to buy.

Well here is an update on 1-​15-​2016. Still not a word or phone call from Zack or Erick Zink about the seats or the updated information regarding my coach. Take your money and dont care!
My advice to anyone is to leave the unit you buy there until anything and everything is done. Upper management here is hamstringing the worker bees. Count the days folks how long have I been posting?

«Do you wanna look at some RVs?» –Coryelle 1-​3-​2016. We bought our first RV from Mike Weiss at DDRV and we couldn’t be any happier. Mike showed us several options before we made a decision on our Winnebago. He gave plenty of great tips that only someone with decades of RVing experience would have. There was no pressure to buy from Mike. We came back the next day and finished up all the details with the paperwork and financing. Preston Jason, and Zach were all very helpful in closing the deal. Zach found us an interest rate that kept our payments where we wanted them to be. Preston showed us how to work all the gadgets inside and outside the RV. David did an excellent job during our walk through and made sure we understood everything about the RV before we picked it up. Jason also did a great job with getting all the DMV paperwork all lined up for us. He recommended some great local and long distance spots to set up camp. While waiting for the finishing details to be completed on my truck I chatted with the ladies in the DDRV store. They gave me a list of essential items we needed to get started on our RV adventures. I’m happy with our purchase at DDRV.

This is strictly about the service of the servive department.
Trailer made by hands of humans, there will be issues and ours has issues.
The speakers were not working properly, bathroom door pulling away from hinge, window over dinette would not open, and paneling detaching — all within first few weeks of having it.
First time calling in to make the appointment was fine. Curtious and helpful, except for the fact that they couldn’t fit us in for about a month. Weeks went by and no news, we would call and no response. Frustrating. We had planned a trip, so we needed our trailer. We finally got through and were able to pick it up for the trip, but trailer was not 100% fixed. A new window needed to be ordered. Why was it not ordered before, we dont know.
So now we call back to schedule another appointment. Many calls go unanswered. Come to find out, the person who had our case was no longer there and all our info could not be found. The woman on the phone said it was a mess… A mess! Words from the employees there… the ball was definitely dropped. The person we spoke with apologized and informed us that they did not have the window measuremwnts and needed us to bring it in. Fine. He said someone would call to schedule appointment with us. A few days go by and i leave messages with the service department… still nothing. finally on New Year’s Eve, I call and spoke with Ryan who could not find our information in the system… he was patient and scheduled us an appointment. We shall see how that goes…
The situation has been frustrating and disappointing.

It was all about the sale at the RV show. Manufacturer’s rep was nice and easy to work with. From there it has been down hill. When calling, if they answer the phone, I would be told so and so would call me back. They don’t call back. This has happened so far 4 times. I still have no idea when our RV is going to be here. They said 6 to 8 weeks. It has been 9. Trying again today…

We are really pleased with the great service from all departments involved everyone seemed very happy to render that kind service, we live four hours away and they are worth the drive, I have a friend that I’m referring to them. Keep up the good work

Bait and switch experts. Be careful !!!
The Good: some of the staff are really friendly and honestly try to do a good job.
The Bad: the upper level managers and owners are ok ripping people off.
The Story:
We just bought an 40′ Class A DP from them. We were told that we can not drive it home that same day as they water to do a full inspection and make sure everything was in perfect working order.
Three days after we paid them in full and they inspected the RV they listed many items that needed help, but said that they would not fix any of them. So now…$ 125,000 later. They delivered an RV that won’t even start.

This review is regarding Arturo De la Vega! What an incredible sales consultant. At first, I thought he was a manger with the friendliness and knowledge he had. We had some many questions that were cheerfully answered by Arturo. Nothing was blown off and he really want above and beyond for his. He was patient and not pushy at all.
This is the type of person who really appreciates your business and WANTS your business. People like this man is what is missing from a lot of other places, where they couldn’t care less to get your business. This dealership has a nice selection, but go specifically to get great service from Arturo. You won’t regret it, even if you have to drive a ways to get to this dealership!

Since the moment we stepped onto the lot, the me here were amazing! They were not pushy at all and listened to all our wants and needs. Ryan made the whole process so much fun and very exciting. We love are new toy hauler. And the free weekend at the river was perfect. Thank you everyone here for such great service.

DDRV is awesome! I was looking at Toyhaulers for a few months and called different dealers in LA for Prices. DDRV had a large inventory and the best prices. My wife and I were speaking to Mehdi the sales guy and he was so helpful and knowledgable. We decided to go in and take a look at a few different ones in our budget.
We ended up getting one that day! The place is huge, and everyone is very nice. They weren’t pushy. They respected that we needed some time to make a decision. We ended up purchasing a 2016 that day and I just picked it up this morning after they installed the Equalizer hitch.
Highly recommend DDRV, Ask for Mehdi, he was the best!

Man oh man, make sure you have everything in writing and use lawyers to check to see if what they (the sales department) is actually what you want. They Puff so much it would put uses cars salesman to shame.
I paid full price for a used 2011 winnabago view with low miles about 8700. They knew it and I knew it. But it was under 9,000 so that made me a happy camper. Never did they tell me they had to put over 500 miles just to pass smog. I know 500 miles is nothing, especially when I drove it to Canada from LA.
Canada is awsome especially taking a ferry with your RV to Victoria:)
Back to the problem, before I bought the RV I noticed a molding was pushed out and broken. I brought it to his attention and he said he would «take care of it» during the paperwork and first pickup they couldn’t pass inspection «and had to add all those extra miles» well nobody told me I couldn’t take it home and even did the walk through, during that walk through, I noticed the molding wasn’t taken care of. Brought it to my salesman attention again and again he said he would take care of it.
Came the day they specified to pick up my RV and still didn’t pass smog, so I was the one who had to drive it more miles to pass? Well the molding was still not taken care of. Brought it to his attention again and this time they told Connie to look into it. She came in an verified what needed to be ordered and I took my trip to Canada. Well came back and spent a week trying to reach Connie to see if the part came to have it replaced, never over the phone does anyone tell me what’s up.
Than when I came to my appointment to repair something I had installed there, I was notified that they were only going to push back in the broken molding (say what!) Bull and that is the end of the story

A new fully loaded 2015 Airstream Interstate for $ 118k and ended up getting this 2011 for $ 67k, hummm

My husband and I had been hunting for a Fifth Wheel for several months, but were willing to wait for the right opportunity. We had a very specific check list and had kept our eye on RV Trader for about six months.
We finally decided on a Wild Cat by Forest River.
It was a Friday evening and we called to ensure they had it and their hours.
They said they did have it and the salesman, Stan, said he would wait for us to come down even though they closed at 7 pm and we knew we wouldn’t make it before 7 PM.
When we got there, Stan had the unit plugged in and the a/​c running, all the lights on and the radio on. It was really nice that he had prepared for us to show up and had made the trailer show-​worthy. He gave us a little tour of the property including the service bays and told us about the property.
They had a HUGE amount of inventory, with three brand new fifth wheels that would have ticked the boxes on our checklist, and all were near each other, which is a smart way to organize your inventory. It was nice to go back and forth.
At this point, Stan brought in Steven.
The guys were nice, and honestly, they were pretty knowledgeable based on the sheer amount of inventory they have to sell. Sure, we might have known a few things they didn’t and vice versa but that’s to be expected when we have been combing over fifth wheel bunkhouse websites for six months.
The negotiation process was quick and painless. Steven set my daughter up with a movie in the theater room (they also have a play room for kids). I knew how much I wanted to pay for a trailer and although we did go back and forth a few times, it was relatively quick to get them where we needed them to be, and where we felt comfortable. At the end of the day, we got a deal we felt comfortable and good about. We had negotiated below the internet deal and well below the MSRP.
We were introduced to Michael Marino, the Finance Manager. He was a nice guy and made the transaction painless. We were off and running by 10 PM and had walked in at 7:30 PM. That really is not bad for walking on the lot, touring the unit, kicking the tires on a few, and negotiating a sale.
During the week, we had to secure financing from our credit union and also went back and forth a couple of times on their offer for financing. They came in 1.26% higher on their rate than the negotiated rate and at that point we could have walked on the deal. We were a little disappointed and asked Eric, the Sales Manager, if he could do better or get creative. A few days later he called and came in still a little too high but had gotten creative and I appreciated his attempts.
We picked up the unit the following Saturday and it was waiting for us with a big THANK YOU sign next to it, in tip top shape. A different Steven did the walk though with us and he was awesome, super knowledgeable and showed us everything. Stan and Steven came to say hi. It was a nice experience. We got $ 40 credit for the store so bought a couple things we wanted before we left. And we were off.
Now with anything new, there have been a few kinks. Some fuses blew right away, the remote control has to be reset, and there are a few things that we noticed needed some love. We called Steven, the guy that gave us the walk through, and he was great, apologized and told us to bring it in and they would check it all out. We did buy the 7 year warranty because we know how much it costs to fix some of the things on the unit, having had a fifth wheel before that we traded in. The warranty was also a negotiable price.
We look forward to taking our fifth wheel back in for service (although NOT TOO OFTEN, lol). I would highly recommend DDRV and would definitely shop there or send friends/​family there. I hope they are there for a long time to come.

We bought our first RV at this dealership. It’s a Class A 2016 Coachmen Pursuit 29SB so far we are extremely happy with it. My husband did a lot of research on multiple makes/​models and price shopping at many sources/​dealers before coming to Dennis Dillon RV. We feel Coachmen has the most to offer for its price. Beautiful both on the inside and out, good floor plan, can’t say enough good things about it. Our sales person Mike Weiss got us a very good price on it. Mike Marino in finance got us a good deal on the 7 year warranty as well. We want to protect our investment (AKA expensive new toy). Ed in service dept kept his word by fixing a couple things on the RV prior to delivery and got the coach nice and clean.
We walked away with an awesome RV at a great price. Life is good, let the road trips begin!
