Custom Comfort Mattress

I’ve been getting my mattresses from this store for years. Shane Davis is the best! He’s an excellent Store Manager, extremely knowledgeable, patient so you find the right mattress for your needs, and makes a point to work within your budget! Oh and the mattresses are wonderful! So comfy! I’ve met Shane’s father as well. Such a great person, who’s also a great business man. If you are looking for quality mattresses please don’t hesitate to go over to this store!

Christian was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped us to get the best mattress for us at the best price. We are looking forward to our new mattress.

First stopped at Costco for twin beds for the parents, almost bought them. Decided to check out custom comfort from past experience and walked out with much much nicer bed. store and their salespeople. Regina was absolutely the BEST!!! Very knowledgeable, kind,

Not only is my new Custom Comfort Matress top quality and American made but the price beats all other competitors. This is my second buy from CCM and I continue to be amazed. These guys are awesome! We’ve bought a few few mattresses here in the past and a few mattress from other places including Sterns & Foster & other big names and these mattresses are just as great if not better! When I was 18 I had a twin mattress here and it was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on in my life. Well my wife and I have something different but I sure do miss that bed. I bought a new mattress here for my Dad a while back and something weird happened where the mattress began to have some issues. This has never happened before from this company so ai knew it was a random fluke accident. When I told Paul all about it at the store he gave us a brand new mattress and box spring with no hassle and at zero cost! It made me feel great about spending my money there knowing that we were going to be taken care of one we were out the door. Paul was awesome and we’ll be back again for future mattress needs without hesitation!

My wife and I were looking for a mattress for our guest room. Shane was thoughtful enough to point us in the right direction of a closeout mattress that was in our price range. Once we got it home, we decided it was not what we were looking for. Shane allowed us to return the mattress and upgrade to what we were looking for. Shane was great to work with and it is so refreshing that customer service is still alive and well in a world where it seems mostly forgotten.

After visiting different stores looking for a matress, I remembered seeing a sign for Custom Comfort Matress. After walking in Shane approached us and we explained or situation, Shane then helped us out picking a matress in our price range along with same day delivery. We are really happy with the service we received and are going back once we are ready to purchase a bigger adjustable bed.

Walked in not knowing anything about matresses or what I was looking for. Nathan and Shane helped me and were very knowledgeable and friendly. They asked all the right questions to make sure I was getting the right mattress for me. At the end of the day I got the perfect mattress along with extra comfy pillows… thanks guys at custom comfort!!!

I visited a lot of other mattress stores with my fiancé. None of them could beat the price that we were given for the quality mattress we agreed to purchase. Very friendly staff gave us logical reasons why their mattresses were superior in quality, with displays to back up their words. They were confident enough to encourage us to research more on our own. They also encouraged us to shop around at their competitor’s stores before coming back to purchase. My roommate got her queen size mattress, mattress topper and box spring with shipping for under $ 1,000. I got my full size metal bed frame for $ 40.

Okay, it’s almost exactly a year later. We were finally contacted by Shane, the store manager. I’ve always thought the store people were kind and he is no exception. He was very respectful and apologetic for all we’d been through. He invited us back to the store to pick out a new mattress and foundation. We were shown four separate set ups and were asked to try them out. We picked one that seemed firm, yet comfortable and it was delivered.
Were were so grateful. the hub looked up the price for the one we’d picked and it was valued at $ 500 more than the original price we’d paid. We had the new bed for only a few months when it began to sag, though. Since Shane said to call him if we’d had any more problems, we did. He had the mattress picked up and re-​inforced. We’ve had it back for a few weeks now and it seems to be holding up. You’d think we were 400 lbs each, though, considering our bed problems. We’re not. We’re about 250lbs each. Still fat, but shouldn’t be enough to kill a bed.
Bottom line, though, Shane stands behind his product. He’s a good guy and will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. And with a great disposition. He continued to be apologetic throughout the time we were there. It’s refreshing to find true integrity in this day and age.
For the customer service alone, we are grateful.

David the sales rep is very knowledgeable with different brands & types of mattresses. We love the fact that they warranty their products for a long time. We got 2 free latex pillows which are heavenly. And, the most important part of all is that you can actually (flip) these mattresses… everywhere else we looked, none you can flip anymore which is ridiculous, after a while, your body weight will bring the top down, thus making it uncomfortable. Flipping the mattress helps evening it out again. We loved the service, the quality of the mattress, and the price is right! 2 Thumbs Up!
