It’s Fast food. Nothing more really to report. Breakfast is as expected and coffee is decent. Service has been spotty. I once sat in the drive thru for minutes and no one helped me.

What is it with all the Carl’s Jr’s in Colorado. They are all kids with one adult manager who the kids walk all over the managers. The employees were sitting with friends talking at the tables instead of working. After 20 minutes waiting for our food I went up to the counter to see where our food was. They had not made my Super Star but all our other food was on a tray getting cold. Took another 5 more minutes to get my burger. By then our zucchini’s were cold. I had to ask for a fresh batch of zucchini. Waited for that. Finally sat to eat A HALFHOURLATER! RIDICULOUS! Customers are in no way priority here. The $ 20 we spent here, we could have eaten at Red Robin for better service and hot food.

In line now 20 minutes with no food and can’t get out of the line. They can do much better than this.

I see lots of poor ratings for this location, but I have been impressed all times I have been here. I recently moved to the area and and stopped by for a quick lunch during my move. The facility was clean, staff was pleasant and not ‘robotic’ in taking my order. Food was tasty and well prepared. This is a fast-food restaurant and my expectations are based upon this, but I will drop by 1 – 2 times a week as long as my experience remains great.

At this Carl’s, fast food is redefined as «fasting for food». Already been 15 mins since we ordered-no food yet.

I tried this place three different times and was disappointed every time. First two times was at the drive-through, and I had to wait forever for my food. Both times they got my order wrong. I’ve then tried eating inside the last time. Still took forever to get food and the place was really dirty. Will not be coming back. I really like Carl’s Jr. and really wanted this place to work but three strikes and that’s enough for me.

The new grass fed beef burger was better than I expected. Pretty Good for a fast food burger.

I popped in here earlier this evening, as I was pretty overdue for some Carl’s Jr. This was the first location I was ever in that was also a Green Burrito, so I figured I’d try the beef Taco Salad. No real issues or complaints with the wait time, as most Carl’s Jr. locations cook to order, but at $ 5.68 after taxes, I expected there to be just a little more depth to the bowl. The portion seemed just a little bit too skimpy for the cost. I’ve had a much better ride at Taco Bell. Agreed with some of the other reviewers, the staff needed a bit of work. The cashier couldn’t seem to make up his mind about the total of my bill — first it was $ 5.15. «Oops, I forgot to add tax.» «Oops, I screwed up again. It’s $ 5.81. No, that’s not right either, hold on a sec…» The employees all seemed to be high school aged, and I didn’t really see a manager around. They were definitely good at talking amongst themselves. Fortunately, I didn’t see any flies or dead skin that another reviewer mentioned. On the upside, there was free wifi and a pretty awesome salsa bar with cilantro and jalapeño peppers, but I’ll probably think twice about returning.

Long drive thru wait even with no line. The big chicken sandwich need two chicken breast to cover the bun. It was pathetic and I won’t be back. Ever.

This place is a cesspool of inefficiency and stupidity. I’m not sure if it’s a lack of training or lack of caring, but this place makes me worry for the future of mankind. Yeah. I’m not sure why we keep going back… I do enjoy a Carl’s burger. I’ve waited 20 minutes for just a diet pop in the drive through. But that’s not the worst part. Be prepared to repeat your order ½ a dozen times before whomever is taking the order actually starts listening. Oh, and check your food when they give it to you. I have the turkey burger, no pickles. I’ve gotten a beef burger, a teriyaki burger, chicken fingers, etc instead of my actual order. I went in recently when they screwed up my order again. Boy did I want to throw up. There were flies everywhere. It was filthy inside. And even with the manager telling the cooks in the back what I actually wanted on my burger, they made it wrong…2x. Super awesome if you want your patience tested.

Worst Carl’s Jr., ever. Dirty. Staff would rather talk themselves than serve customers. Dirty tables and floor. Got my order wrong then argued with me about it. Bathroom filthy with urine pool on floor of one stall.. in the ladies room! Stay away. Would give negative stars if possible

They always take so long here and on my last visit 4÷28÷14. I asked the manager why they take so long and she informed me they only have one cook. I wrote their corp office and all I got was some form letter email thanking me for contacting them and they take concerns seriously. BULL! The attitude of not caring or taking care of the customer is either isolated at this site or it comes from the top and flows down. I want interested in free food, but the site did get my order wrong after a drive through wait of 15 minutes. And ten minute wait to get a refund, the manager never came to speak me, only after I asked to speak to her. So the Corp office never tried to get me to come back at all. AND I WON’T GOBACKATALL!

This place has gotten better in the mornings as far as the people working there, they are excellent compared to the workers that where there a few months ago they didn’t speak proper English and didn’t get my orders right. But now the workers know how to melt the cheese on my bacon egg and cheese properly. Only other thing I may add is that they should be prepared more they don’t make enough biscuits and I normally have to drive my car around and park in the parking lot and wait for them to bring the food out front.

Probably not news to anyone, but fast food kind of sucks. At least chain fast food. Someone told me Green Burrito was significantly better than Taco Bell, so I decided to check it out in a moment of hunger-induced weakness. I ended up spending the same $ 4 I would have on a quality breakfast burrito somewhere real, and all I got was a nasty burrito whose contents were all obviously previously frozen or canned. Again, no surprises, just a reminder. Go to a local place and get some real food.

We get it, Carls Jr sucks… did this location really have to go over the top to prove it?

Unfortunately I must give this Carl’s Jr a low rating due to the incredibly slow service. I would love to update this review in future and give them a better rating, but at this time I find that the service was way too slow. We were stuck in the drive thru for a ½ hr after we had ordered. I just find that not very fast food like.
