To the racist security guard working at 630 pm today who did not let us into the market for having a bag of flowers and duck eggs we just bought next door, you are the epitome of racism and bad service. He was very aggressive and targeted us because we did not look viet. My mom and sister(who clearly look viet) walked by with bags and a big backpack just fine and he took one look at me and my boyfriend, chased us down while we were following my mother and told me that we could not enter the store. We were very confused and he pointed fingers at us in a very rude and angry tone saying we were not allowed inside. What the hell are we supposed to do? Leave our bags outside where people can steal them? You are ridiculous. That is terrible service. At least other stores have the decency to offer a «paid» sticker to put on your bags but no, this guy almost lays his hands on me while yelling at us that we can’t come in. My mom and sister were already inside so I had to call for them from beyond the gate saying the security would not let us in. We left. Never coming back here. Dude, you need to chill your shit down. My boyfriend works security loss prevention and I am an auditor so please, stop being racist and if you’re gonna stop someone for having bags, at least be consistent in stopping everyone with bags. You turned my great day very sour and lost yet another customer. I have to say I’ve grown up in this town and lived here for 25 years. I’ve been to this supermarket since I was a small child so there is absolutely no reason to be rude and agressive. This security company should be fired. If he laid hands on me(as he almost did) I would have sued.

Great place for catfish! Always stocked full of supplies that other markets wouldn’t have. A weekly spot for my grocery needs.

Solid Asian/Vietnamese supermarket. Got everything you need from an Asian Supermarket and prices are great. Occasionally have really good deals on seafood. Downside is pretty much everything else; super crowded and cramped, elderly people trying to cut you off in line(im 100% serious), and parking is complete madness. It’s chaos but somehow still organized in a way; this place is organized chaos. The end. Have a nice day

This Asian/Vietnamese grocery store is small, dirty, and congested… What I mean by congested is that the aisles are narrow and do not flow well. It’s tight and is not«open.» I went in here to grab some herbs real quick. I felt a little disgusted because it just didn’t look clean in here and I felt suffocated by the way everything was scattered and displayed. Sorry, I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

The place and location is great. It’s right next to a banh mi place that has the best bread! The store has everything that a family would need(lots of produce, meat, seafood, etc.) but their prices are a tiny bit higher than other supermarkets in the area. I’m not saying the prices are expensive, but compared to other markets I’ve been to, not THE very cheapest either. They do have great sales though. I just wanted to put in a complaint about one worker. I was shopping with my family that day and we were a bit dressed up for a dinner celebration. I admit, I looked more than decent and I don’t mind getting compliments. However, this guy screamed out that I was«so beautiful», stared at me the entire time I was there(in a «damn that girl is HOT» kind of way), followed me around, and even asked for my number. I’m sorry, but what the heck? Like THAT doesn’t creep out any person.

This is a supermarket that I don’t willingly go to. This is an asian market that we go to occasionally for special items that I cant find anywhere else. Now this is a market that is located in a big strip mall that has some of my very, very favorite vietnamese food places. But this market, its not OK. I do not like to give really bad reviews, but this place is too much. As I said, Its not my first choice as far as asian markets go. But, we were eating at a place a few shops down, and my husband wanted to go do a walk through. It was around 8:00pm, and there were still quite a few people in there. The reason Im giving this store one star, is SPECIFICALLY toward the cleanliness. Asian stores can sometimes smell funky, its because of the fresh fish thats being butchered in the back. But this store is dirty, dirty, dirty. The fish part of the market seemed cleaner than the rest of the place. Then I saw the floors. The floors were filthy, throughout the store. It made me wonder how clean things REALLYWERE behind the fish and meat counter??? The thing that made me write this review, and post it, is, towards the front of the store… over each cash register, AND over in the produce section, towards the front of the store, is what appears to be a clothes line. Hanging over the produce, was like 6 of those sticky fly strips. Each strip was black with dead flies. Hundreds and hundreds of them!!! On the line that the sticky fly strips were tied to, were hundreds of LIVE flies… crawling along the clothes line!!! Over the registers, too!!! Ive been in this store several times over the years, and this is the worst Ive ever seen it! I don’t know why I didn’t take pictures. I think I was literally in shock. I mean, if this was happening in an «american market», it would be shut down!!! Im going to make it a point to go back, and get photos to attach to this review. I would seriously question the food you purchase here. Also, I want to add, that there were a few homeless people LITERALLY begging for money, outside the store. Very awkward. I would really go to another place to make sure you don’t get sick… from the fly contamination in that place…

Supermarket is very dirty and so is the parking lot. Workers are horrible. My mom shopped here and slipped on the floor and the workers mopping the floor just looked at her and walked away. My mom went over to the front and told one of the workers that the floor is very slippery and that she slipped and they didn’t even bat an eye. They didn’t ask whether she was okay or not. All they asked was whether she wanted to file a report. My aunt shopped here and said she saw the same thing happening to someone else, an elder lady, and no one even tried to help her or anything.

This is review on Seafood To Go located in NW corner of ABC Supermarket. If you do not speak Vietnamese, Good Luck, They speak very little English. There was a long line of people picking up foods for their lunch. This is not like PandaExpress or Hong Kong Express. They do not have set combination options. You need to order by individual item and pick size of containers. Food seems to be OK and typical Vietnamese Chinese. However some were VERYSALTY. People were VERYRUDE, Two women behind me cut in the line and started shouting their orders while I was still looking at foods and deciding what to order. You need to be aggressive /assertive to get what you need here.

On a sale from 0 – 5 [5 being the highest] : Product selection: 4, there’s a great variety of Asian food for fair prices Customer service :2, every time I come to this grocery store it’s always filled with rude employees who seem like they don’t want to be there Cleanliness/layout: 3, it’s so cramped in this market! I hate walking around the isles because it’s so tiny especially trying to maneuver a cart around

Super old and outdated but it’s a solid market for cheap produce, live fish, crab and lobster. They have the best prices in town when it comes to seafood. I like getting my catfish here. They will cut and clean everything for you. Perfect for when I make seafood hot pot. They also have pork and beef bones for really cheap too! Very crowded on weekends and holidays.

4 stars for the rare asian goodies you can’t find elsewhere. Such as year-round frozen durian, jackfruits, etc… lots of vietnamese people shop here. i looovee to get my hands on childhood food and snacks here. memories are priceless… Anywho, the location is also awesome bc you can venture next door to a gazillion establishments that sell nuoc mia(sugar cane juice), Van’s bakery, kho bo(viet beef jerky), che(viet dessert), banh chung(viet new year rice cake), and moooreee. It’s a little small, dirty, and ghetto, but it means a lot to the locals. This marketplace is special…

If you are asian then most likely you have heard of Ranch 99 Market in Southern California(that’s the only asian super market I have seen around in the inland empire location). The abc market is just like the Ranch 99 store except it is dirtier, more disorganized, & vietnamese speaking workers. The fruit section was definitely lacking. They only had apples, pears, oranges, and some mangos to pick from! Not to mention, their prices are definitely overpriced. I bought a box of Korean pears from ranch 99 just last week & the price was only $ 12! At the ABC market, the entire box was $ 21.99!!! Their aisles are disorganized and unsanitary. Also, the workers talks about you infront of you because 1. They don’t care or 2. They assume you are not VIETNAMESE. Overall, if you’re looking for some asian ingredients to cook up a good authentic meal then this place definitely has what you need! However, be prepared to compare prices since this location can be a bit pricier compare to ranch 99.

I come here because they always have banh day(chewy, fresh rice patties) available. Also, by the fish counter, in the back room are guys rolling gio(ground pork loafs) that go with our banh day. This is really the only reason why I come here.

One of my Vietnamese friends suggested that I come to this market. I was searching for a particular Asian item, which many stores don’t normally carry. After parking my car, I attempted to enter the grocery store, but there were 4+ people begging at the entry and there were several homeless people blocking the entry way. I have *NO* problem with this, but I think that the store management can do a better job with crowd control. Immediately outside of the store was very dirty and there was trash everywhere. Not very clean. The store was large — meat and seaffood department, fruits veggies, etc. The store looked like it was in the 1970’s and hadn’t been updated in a long time. There is a good section of items here. I didn’t find what I was looking for, so I quickly exited. I don’t know if I’ll be back. Food Grade /Quality: C– Service Grade: C Worth the Money Grade: C Overall Impressino Grade: C–

Review just for ingredients. Needed to find some quality soup paste now that the winter is here. I enjoy cooking and love most soups, however, they take too much time to prep. Found the isle I needed to begin the soup bases for this fall. [Soup paste] –Always surprised by the variety in the Phở paste’s with chicken, beef, vegetarian and maybe one more. –The Wonton paste was a treasure to find for some potentially good mi(egg noodle soups) –Each tub was around $ 2 – 4, with a serving of 20 bowls I believe. We used 1 tub the other weekend and it produced a large fingers to shoulders length of broth. [Noodles] –In the back of the market they have two sections for 8 – 14 different kinds of white noodles and equally 8 – 14 egg noodles. OUTSTANDING. I don’t mind getting noodles for soup pre-packaged in advance, but its just a fantastic option to have the egg noodles fresh for same day cooking. They have sprinkles of flour on them, very nice. A grateful find! Who knew the secret to great soup can be found in isle 4?

Great seafood and alcohol selection at this Vietnamese supermarket. The prices are decent. The live crabs were on sale for $ 4.99lb today! I think its the fresh live lobsters that brings a lot of the shoppers here which go for about $ 6.99lb. You have the option to cook the fresh lobster and/or crab by letting the worker know while theyre weighing your seafood. Then you head over to the«Food To Go» department to pick it up and pay in cash only. Its made with the ABC house special style(no steam] ! Its only a dollar per pound. Totally worth it! I also noticed many people were buying fresh young coconuts by the cases too! Credit cards accepted. Parking lot is spacious but I would park far from the store because I wouldnt want to risk getting a dent or scratch on my car. Staff is very friendly. the Latin guys that work there have major Asian fever and don’t be surprised if they stare and greet you multiple times. Overall, its a good market.

Get here early on the weekends to avoid the hassle of trying to find a parking space and to avoid crowds. I shop here for my seafood and the live Maine Lobsters — which they sell by pound. I think the prices vary but the priced I paid was $ 5.99 per pound. The market will cook the lobsters you purchase but I opted to take them home and cook them myself. The lobsters were so fresh and were still alive right before I cooked them that evening. I ended up cooking the 4.75 pounds into lobster garlic noodles which was yummy. I’ll surely be returning here again for the fresh seafood and would recommend ABC Supermarket.

LOBSTER! Come here during lobster season and you can get the house special lobster(yes, the yummy Asian flavored one) for about 6.99 a lb. The lanes are tiny and you’re usually battling it out with a tiny Vietnamese lady to get the right of way, but it doesn’t matter because Lobster. I come here for the lobster but always leave with random groceries I didn’t need but decided to buy because it’s cheap. P. s.LOBSTER
