My favorite part with this morning’s transaction is that the woman who was helping me was shaking her head in annoyance because I questioned the total. Normally people wait til you leave to talk about you or something, but here they just do it right in front of your face. I even think it’s the owner since it was a couple behind the register. The best part is that she felt it was necessary to make me feel stupid when actually she didn’t know all the details and was in fact overcharging me. Well I can’t accuse her of being fake, but you can say that if you’re going to be in the business of serving people, then please serve people.

I absolutely hate this 7⁄11. Every time i go there, the staff looks at me and then immediately, they go into the back room for around 5 minutes. Then they come out and they do not assist me until they are finally ready. There is no customer greeting besides the look and walk away. its ridiculous. Dogar is one of the worst ive ever seen, he goes from stocking shelves to giving food without washing hands or even putting on gloves half the time. Its sick.

Bad customer service. The night shift guy is always in a bad mood. And bad mouths. I live close by that’s why I go there. If not I would never go there.

I went here to buy a cup of coffee very early in the morning and there wasn’t any. i asked the worker to make some and he refused. He said if he made some now, he would have to make more in an hour. I was looking at him like he was crazy. I couldn’t believe he wouldn’t make any coffee for me. I buy coffee from other 7-Elevens all the time and there’s never a problem. It’s bad enough that this one was not only out of coffee and I’d have to wait while they made some, but he refused to make any at all! The guy was treating me like an idiot too because I wanted coffee.

Do not go to this 7-Eleven. I came in to exchange my lottery ticket and the clerk(I’m guessing he was the owner since he wasn’t wearing the 7-eleven uniform) was a real jerk. He looked at me like I was going to robbed him. When I ask to exchange my ticket, he scanned it and said«are you going to buy anything?» And I told him«Nah, I don’t wanna play anymore.» He then just handed back my ticket with –_– face and told me that he can’t exchange my ticket for cash and that I have to go somewhere else to exchange it. LIKEWTH! Really?!? If I could give this place negative stars, I would.

The staff here is pretty friendly and there is one particular guy that is always so friendly and joking with the customers. The parking lot is pretty small, but people are always in and out of here that parking is no trouble.

All I know is the one worker who has glasses and has real short hair is a real dick, I don’t know what his problem is either he hates his job or something, he’s got a bad attitude too. The other guy is real cool. I live right near this 7 – 11 and anytime that dude is there I’m gonna drive to beach and trask.
