4 Wheel Parts

Purchased 2k in tires. They did not replace valve stems. One tire had a valve stem leak, took it back after 2 weeks. Sat for 1 hour and 45 minutes waiting to have it fixed, after calling and making an appointment. It took less than 15 minutes to fix. We purchase lots from this store but will take our business elsewhere. 2^nd time this has happened.

Awful customer service. They are overpriced and aren’t willing to go above and beyond expectations. They aren’t competitive and make you feel incompetent in your choice for your vehicle. If you have to work with anyone, ask for Mike or August. Do not work with Dustin.

I like the selection of parts available at 4wheel parts. However the prices are not the best and you can get most of the stuff on the internet.
The best reason to go to a place like this is for the advice and to be able to see the parts first hand. However the people working behind the counter act like they don’t care and are not eager to help. Nor do they really know the store very well. Stop hiring young kids that have little to no experience with this stuff.

Is there no way to give a place less then one star? If I could, I would. I’m sitting at the shop right now while hour after hour of time is wasted. My truck, functional when I drove it in, is now disassembled and awaiting the fabrication of a fluid line. These guys are absolute baboons. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE !!!

These guys are great– they are more knowledgable about wheels, tires, lift kits and overall mechanics than half the tire stores I’ve ever dealt with! it’s so nice to go somewhere that’s friendly and will work with you to get my Jeep looking exactly how I wanted! I get compliments all the time on my Jeep and I will continue to recommend them. They get involved in their community and are want to make sure you drive away happy.

4 WHEEL PARTS IN WESTMINSTER COLORADO ?? I spent thousands at this store… then spent thousands fixing my truck after there f – kups…now I wouldnt let these clowns work on my lawn mower… a simple task of servicing my truck there; was a nightmare… after 4 or 5 oil changes (and replacement of all my u-joints)…they then inform you that «we dont lube everything, everytime… we dont want to have any excess grease all under your truck»…basically meaning they lube nothing when you service your vehicle there… its just a guessing game… oil & filter, maybe… and the hell with checking anything else. (A 5 year old at grease monkey would be a step above). And there mechanics… what a bunch of irresponsible bums. All this place is… is a 4 wheel Super Shops… only way worst. The last episode cost me $ 2400 to replace an Allison transmission…(would be amazing if they could read a dipstick… they sell me a $ 300 fancy trans pan… then fail to fill the trans up completely with the extra three quarts needed for additional capacity in said «FANCY PAN» required, but why check, right??). And finally… having a customer pick up his $ 60K truck after it looks like you took it mudding was I final sign of shear stupidity there. I have to say that the regional guy Greg tried to straighten out the MESS for me… but I’d stay clear of this place completely…(and Ive given them PLENTY of chances) How ya doing Mike… have you a-​holes learn how to read a dipstick yet… oh, thats right, I forgot… it was actually overfilled, RIGHT ??)

I went in to this joke of a business to match up a single rim, so that I could get two more of the same one. These jokers were talking over me the whole time and more interested in what music was playing in the background and trying to sell me a different brand, when I specifically told them that I wanted the exact same wheel. If they would have shut up for a minute and listened to me when I told them that it was an AWC (Allied Wheel Components) 15×8 5×4.5 wheel with a 4″ backspace. Instead, I got a «Oh, I never even heard of AWC». Really?! I am normally a pretty patient person, so I asked them for the next part that I needed. But, when I told the «salesman», Dustin, that I needed four struts for a 3.5″ lift on my XJ he started arguing with me and saying, «you mean shocks, because struts are totally different.» Pretty much making me look like an idiot and laughing at me in the process. Struts and shocks are meant to do the same thing by design. These people are not salesman, they are jokers and they do not have any understanding of the word customer service, but they are happy taking your money, even if that means selling you the wrong parts. The customer is always right! I guess I want to thank you morons for not letting me to purchase anything from you guys and for helping me open my eyes and the fact that I will never shop here or recommend them to anyone! Purchase your parts online! This will save you time and money and you will get better service to! I am in the customer service industry and I know what I am talking about. So, please for your own sake, don’t be fooled and don’t even waste your time going there and trying to deal with these guys because you will most likely be dissapointed and leave swearing at the counter people like I did. Also, don’t think that talking with the «manager» is going to get you anywhere, as he is the ring leader of these circus clowns and I can see where his counter people get their «I know it all and everyone else is stupid» attitudes. 4 Wheel Parts Performance you make me want to puke!!!

Basically 4WP in Westminster, CO is a Retail store. If you know and have researched the product you’re interested in, you’ll be ok. I wouldn’t trust the salesman they will tell you anything you want to here to make a sale.
As far as the Service Department… BEWARE !!!
I installed a Long Arm Lift Kit on my Jeep and needed everything aligned and adjusted, 5 Wheels and Tires ($ 1200.00). After returning 2 times, basic adjustments weren’t even close. Third time I left it for a week. To be safe I had the alignment double checked. Long Arms weren’t adjusted, toe wasn’t even close. There’s no way these are «ASE Certified Professionals». They couldn’t do basic adjustments. This is what they called a «Long Arm Thrust Alignment».
I dealt with the Salesman named, Kirk. He totally dropped the ball and let me down. He’s saying it was a misunderstanding… The manager assured me that he was very experienced in Alignments. He didnt even know what a Thrust measurement was… After a Month, I was mentally, physically and emotionally spent. They refunded my money for the alignment and I’m back to square 1 and out $ 400.00 in lost wages, ect…
I was an ASE Certified Technician for 20 years and have never seen anything like it.

I’m a Jeep owner and I’ve dealt with 4 Wheel Parts (4WP) many times over the years. I use their Web site for research and online shopping, but I’ve spent more time working with them in person at their Westminster location.
There have been more than a few amazingly awesome employees there that I’ve worked with over the years, and there still are some great people behind the counter. They even remember me when I call instead, which is nice.
If you’re trying to figure out which bumpers to buy or how to do your suspension lift correctly for how you’ll be driving, they’re great to help you plan. They’ll happily go over the options without pressuring you to buy right away. To top it all off, they’ll save the information in your account so you can pick up where you left off the next time you see them. It’s truly a «full service» place.
Yes, it’s a big chain. But it’s not impersonal and they don’t treat you like yet another pain-​in-​the-​butt customer like some other chains do (think about your last experience with a big tire store chain, for example). They act like a small, local shop but they have the benefits of a big network. If you need a part, chances are they can find it in one of their national warehouses if it isn’t already found locally.
Though they can get their hands on almost any product and then install it for you, it’s really the people behind the counter who keep me coming back. Keep up the good work!
