Horrible service and owners. Bought tix for a show and selected paper tickets and never received them! They have NO contact number to the dump either. I called the person that heads booking for token and obviously since he gets nothing out of it, decided to not call me back after I left multiple messages. Horrible place don’t recommend it whatsoever!

My first time here… I loved it… I went to see Chris caffery. I’m friends with him from tso… he was subbing for a guy in the band metal church… well now I’m a fan. I loved it… we stood up right by the stage… good drinks! Ill be back for sure!!! Nice staff members!

They’ve been around forever. I’ve been going here for 13 years. They’ve kept the place clean, they’re booking more bands then ever. It’ll always be a local spot. People complain about prices, but it’s really not that bad. Don’t go to out if you don’t have any money? Anyways, overall definitely a good place to see a show.

I love this local music club I have seen some great up and comers play here and as a punk kid my band used to play at the Token! I even seen Danny Brown play the Token when he was a nobody anyways it’s everything you want in a local music club…

The Token Lounge is one of the best live music venues in Metro Detroit. Owner John Anton has improved the sound and lighting significantly in the past 2 years. It’s a great venue to see nationals and locals, and everyone from the bar staff to the door man are as friendly as it gets!

Great establishment to see local and even national acts. Big stage, great acoustics & great bar… Even better yet, they have now remodeled the bathrooms and outside to give it a more updated look. Are the trying to lose The Smokin’ Token title? I hope not!!!
