Rug Rescue is the BEST!!! Ed cleaned my carpets several times when I lived in Allen Park, MI. I wish I could fly him to North Carolina! LOL. I had an older cat named Sylvester, and he would pee all over my basement. Ed was able to get the nasty smells and stains out of my carpet. When I had company over, no one could tell that my basement was a «Pee Factory».

I’ve used Rug Rescue twice for my home, and twice for the Preschool that I am a board member of.
Each time I’ve called Ed for my home he is prompt to return calls and quick to find a spot for me in his schedule. He shows up on time, always calls first, and is always very pleasant. He comes right in, assesses the needs and gets right to work. Start to finish he takes about an hour and the results are great! He is careful and if I ever have questions or spots I want him to go over again, he never has a problem doing it. I have two young children and a big dog, so things here can get messy and I can get picky with cleaning. He never seems annoyed with me and I really appreciate that! His price is reasonable and his equipment better than some other owner-​operated services I’ve used.
My experiences with Ed and Rug Rescue for the Preschool have also been great. He can get out lots of stains, play sand, and ground in Play-​Doh! We had a flood before and needed him the same day and he was more than willing to come right out. I recommend him very highly.
