HORRIBLE experience trying to get them to honor their contract for my Grandmother’s death. Both Grandparents purchased plots/​vault to be buried years ago– this business is saying the contract says it only includes opening the vault «once». What an awful thing to have to bother the surviving partner with! Who sells a couple a package like that without including the opening of the vault for BOTH deaths at SEPARATE times? Then, they say they can accommodate the funeral service– TEN TO 14 days later, only to renig because the chapel that is the right size for our group is needed for something else!!! Oh– did I mention their contract with «perpetual» care of the vault is «no longer» something they do?! Who does business like this IF THEY TRULY CARE? Made my mom & her siblings cry! impossible for everyone from out of town to come to comfort the surviving spouse & family immediately AND attend the service. Bad, bad, bad.

Had a disappointing visit to the cemetery after traveling in from out of town. We were unable to find the grave we were looking for when the office closed early.
We checked the website for the hours of the cemetery to make sure the office would be open during our visit so we could find a loved one. When arriving on site we found the office closed nearly 30 minutes early.
We found some landscapers on site and they said the office personnel «left early cause it’s a holiday weekend.»
This is very unprofessional as many visitors are probably in town because of the holiday.
We also found that many of the markers and decorations were left in poor condition when we walked through looking for our marker. It also appears there were numerous pet droppings across the cemetery. Not impressed at all by this facility.
