I had an appointment for redeeming a groupon. 5 minutes before the scheduled time, i was on the way but stuck in traffic so I called ahead to let them know I would be 10 minutes late. They cancelled my appointment, despite the fact that I was already halfway there, and was not even THAT late. Very unhappy with customer service. I will be forced to use my groupon there but will not be coming back.

Awesome experience! They were able to fit me in that day. Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair. Was very friendly and knew exactly what to do with my fine hair. I will definitely be going back!

I went to Rometrics for a highlight on my dark blonde hair. I saw Jennifer and from the moment I got there I had an amazing experience. Jennifer really listened to what I wanted and gave me a gorgeous blonde ombré highlight. She took her time and really talked to me a lot about what I wanted before she started and it showed. I walked out with beautiful hair exactly how I wanted it. If you want a salon who really listens to what you want and delivers, this is the place.

I tried this place because it’s really close to my house, and I saw a Groupon that allowed me to try a slew of services for a reasonable amount. When I arrived for my appointment, a teenage girl with newly colored hair was leaving with her mom. She literally squealed about how much she loved her hair, so that was a really good sign.
The most important thing to know about this salon is that it’s all about Aveda. For some reason, Cleveland seems to be really into Aveda, I hadn’t run across one of their salons for years, so I thought I’d give it another chance. It’s just not my thing. I don’t feel like their products do anything for me.
I got a foot detox, which was basically soaking your feet in a warm solution that sucks toxins out of your body. The color of the water is supposed to detect what kind of poisons are in your body. Kind of gross, but made me feel like I was less icky as a human being.
Paraffin treatment, check.
Facial and massage: totally relaxing. The massage was more of a nurturing style than therapeutic, which has its place, but maybe not on a day when I have a huge knot in my shoulder. The facial was nice, but I like the esthetician to extract my blackheads and the buildup… it’s just not the same when it’s an Aveda product that’s allegedly sucking them out.
So, overall, everyone was really nice, the spa was clean and tasteful, the clients there seemed to all really enjoy their services, I’m just not into the Aveda part, so for me, it was A-​Ok, not as good as it gets. If you’re an Aveda fan, though, this might be your place.
