NORDSHOE

I ordered BLACK shoe dye from this store on
under the name «shoecare» and they sent it in white. When I tried to contact the seller, they refused to send my the correct color. What a ripoff!

So I have gone to this shop many times as they are
Literally right down the road by about a minute. I have dropped off shoes, suitcases, numerous things. While the quality has been OK, nothing to write home about, the level of uncomfortableness is huge!
I left a single shoe there and was told one week. Two weeks go by and I go in to pick it up. Not done. Give me two minutes says one of the guys. Why should it have been a week if the job was a two minute job? Also, the cost, 18.00. Oh, and their credit card reader is so bad it wouldn’t take the card. Not the first time there either.
They seem to have a bunch of stuff in there, like they sell online a ton or something. But again, I just get a bit worried when I head in there.
Not going back again!!!

A rude, incompetent ripoff.
I brought in a one in a pair of top quality shoes with a separating sole due to worn out stitching. Common enough problem, and a simple job for even an apprentice cobbler. I needed them for a wedding, and was assured they’d be ready to go & finished first rate in time.
On pickup, I was presented a bill for $ 35. For a glue job, and shoddy shine. A glue job should cost not more than $ 7, and shine should be $ 5. When I confronted them about why it was so much, they said it was stitched. Despite the fact that I had only requested a glue job. And the shoes had very obviously not been stitched. If the shoe had been stitched, it would be obvious and when I pointed this out, they got all defensively hostile and had the audacity to claim that they stitched it on the inside. Internal stitching! On a shoe sole! Imagine that! My shoe had been serviced by a master surgeon!
Complete hogwash. Stay away from these crooks.
