we offer a variety of homemade pastries. kolackes, nut and poppy seed rolls, cinnamon rolls, pepperoni rolls, danish, muffins, scones, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, lemon bars, pumpkin rolls, carrot cake, biscotti, lady locks… made to order party trays, cakes, and chubby buns… We have homemade croissant sandwiches, chicken paprikash, sausage spinach cheese pie… coffee, and wifi… and great music.

History

Established in 1991.

started off in our store on Center Ridge Rd… about 750 sq ft… stayed for 13 years and grew out of the building. We started off slow, but expanded so much, we had to move into a much larger bakery of 1900 sq. ft. …one of our biggest expansions is our take and bake frozen kolackes. And we are still expanding…

We have been featured in Cleveland Magazine, Fox 8, Channel 3, The List, and so on. We also sell our kolackes frozen… take and bake kolackes. We are very innovative. We offer a different twist on our bakery! It’s actually homemade with butter!!!’
