I joined about one year ago. Went in today to cancel membership. Yes they expect you to do this in person. The guy at the front counter called another employee down and he took me to his office where he asked me to fill out two forms and of course give the speech on why I should not cancel my membership. The first form was a «quality control» form which asks you to fill out answers as to why you are leaving your membership. At the bottom there is a statement and place for a signature. Upon reading the statement it actually says you are signing to verify that you are voluntarily renewing your membership. I did not sign it and returned it to the employee. He saw it was not signed and he asked me to sign it. I said I did not want to renew my membership and would not sign it since that is what it stated. He paused and said he needed a signature there. I refused to sign it. I left and wondered if this was really how they did business. I thought to double check my credit card and found erroneous charges off over 200 dollars that I had not noticed before. I just called to try to get more info on this and was told I would hear back in a couple days. NOT happy with how they handle business.

I signed up in August, the guy at the desk was very polite. Moved at the end of August. Called to cancel and said that I would ahve to come in from Georgia or write a letter. Wrote the letter, reached them in Sept 1^st or 2^nd then they charged me $ 46 for the month of Sept. Spoke to the manager Renee on the phone. Did not understand anything I was asking her, could not explain the charge, just said that it was the gym membership fee??? Okay so know the fee is 46 $ a month. There was no one else that she would let me speak to. Bad service.

Horrible. trainers are way to juiced for a family gym. If you ask three different employees the same question they will all give you a different answer. My boyfriend and I actually use the gym everyday so we have to pay more it’s ridiculous. And the outdoor pool looks gross. GO TO A DIFFERENT GYM!!!
