It’s hard to know where to begin with our experience with Champion. My elderly parents’ chose this company for their so-​called «good reputation» and have had an absolutely horrid encounter. Champion was hired to replace two windows and some siding on the front of the house. From that moment on, the communication and execution of the project has been anything, but acceptable. Champion sold a color they no longer make, began to install a different product on the house without any warning of them beginning work or that the chosen color is not available (weeks after the initial start estimate), and when told to stop because it was the wrong siding, they left the house exposed for 2.5 MONTHS!!! The insulation has blown off the house in places and has left the house completely vulnerable to outside weather. There have been countless attempts to move through their hierarchy to resolve this situation to no avail, only met with more broken promises and pure avoidance. It’s always «two more weeks.» Now, here we are 4 months after the initial contract was signed, with the house in shambles, $ 2,000 in the hole, with likely weather damage and black mold issues. We have yet to see any sort of remedy to this nightmare. In short, find another company!
