William G Steve Stephens, DDS

Dr. Stephens and his staff are excellent. I get nervous at the dentist because of a few difficult experiences, but I really appreciate how Dr. Stephens and his staff help make taking care of my teeth a pleasant experience.
Here’s why I think so:
1) the receptionist is very kind. I’ve been to a few dentists where the person up front is so rude that is starts everything off on the wrong foot. very fast with dealing with insurance, etc.
2) I love how all the staff and Dr. Stephens listens to your needs. One of my pet peeves is when dentists try to up sell all sorts of things – toothbrushes, «deep cleanings» etc. I didn’t experience any of this from Dr. Stephens.
3) Professionalism
4) Quality of Care – Dr. Stephens fosters trust from his patients. I believe he really knows what he’s doing. I’ve moved a lot so have been to a lot of dentists and he’s one of the best.
5) Cleanliness and general aesthetics – the office is very new and well kept up. There are beautiful photos on the walls and ceilings to keep me calm while they are doing what they need to do in my mouth.
I’m sad I had to move and I have to find a new dentist. I wish I could go back to Dr. Stephens’.

Have been coming to Dr. Stephens for about 2 years now. I can give nothing but high marks for outstanding service and honesty. I drive all the way from Valencia and won’t go to anybody else! Great job guys :-)

I’ve been coming here for several years. Dr. Stephens and his staff are all extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. I’ve never had any hassle with insurance and a visit here is always pleasant.
The office is always kept spotless and has a nice relaxed ambiance complete with a waterfall! Try Brent’s Deli just next door for awesome sandwiches and soups (after your cleaning of course).
