If you have issues regarding wage and hour violations, missed break/meal period, wrongful termination, age discrimination, or a sexual harassment claim, our firm has the experience to handle your matter.

Our estate planning practice is designed to give peace of mind by assisting individuals in planning for their passing, and possibly more importantly, their incapacity. With advances in medical technology, people are living longer, making it more likely that at some point in your life you will become incapacitated. Without a plan in place, you may leave your family with no choice but to obtain a court-appointed conservatorship over you, costing thousands of dollars. Additionally, if you pass on without a plan, you may trigger a probate. This can lead to tens of thousands of dollars in administrative and attorney’s fees to transfer your assets from your estate to your legal heirs.

If you are unable to travel to our office, please contact us, and we will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
