Very busy location! Don’t expect to get in and out in the morning in less than 20 minutes. This location has so much potential, but sometimes the drinks are inconsistent(e.g., coffee grounds in an iced coffee). They have a large case of cold food, so they usually have the popular chilled food and drinks. Most of the time, they have mobile orders ready right away — especially helpful when I’m in a rush! Super friendly and patient staff. Glad it’s walking distance from the office!

My order is always right. And my online order is always ready when I get there. But going in early, when it’s not overwhelmingly busy and still having to stand there and wait for someone to hand me my order because they keep ignoring people standing at the pickup station — or not even LOOKINGUP to see who’s waiting — is beyond annoying. Thanks for the speed, and thanks for the convenience but what about the service? Clearly there is someone designated to make the online drinks… But is there anyone designated to handing them to customers or acknowledging us who are on the go? Nope. Can you please work on that? It’s so annoying!

What else could you ask for? People are for friendly, service is a quick as possible. No wonder lines are long at peak hours! It can be crowded. Inside, so the outdoor seating is a bonus.

Made the hike out to Westlake Village early go beat the 405 parking lot. We found the perfect place to park with our laptops to get work done. Love the free wifi, wireless charging, comfy spread out tables and bonus free refills on iced coffee for the rest of the afternoon.

Great location and love the mobile app and ordering with that. Coffee is always ready with a smile. Hannah and Cher are great baristas and remember your drink order.

As many others reviewers stated before, this location is SLOW. During morning rush hour, they have one person as a barista while having two people as cashiers, causing a back up of waiting coffee-thirsty consumers wondering where their drinks are. If you are in the area, and not in any particular hurry, this place does its job for a coffee run but if you’re on a time crunch, you might wanna check out a different location to speed up the wait time. Added bonus is now there is a mobile pay so you can order first and pick up. Could be worth a try at this location!

The service is very slow! But since they got my order right, I will give them four stars.

This is meant as constructive criticism… I’ve been coming here for years and frequent this location several times a week. It has always been known as the most crowded Starbucks in the area, but the staff knew this and and worked very hard to make sure the line flowed smoothly. I don’t know hat has happened here over the past six months but this is now not only the most crowded Starbucks but also the slowest moving. Where did the sense of urgency go??? This relaxed, slow moving staff is making a long time customer consider other options. By the the Way I am writing this as I am standing in line on a sat morning at 6:30am… Not crowded at all but you would think the line is out the door. I HOPE I FEELTHENEEDTOREVISETHISREVIEW!!!

If I could give less than one star I would. I went during lunch, it wasn’t even busy. They moved slower than turtles.

This store has several employees that are good people and others like Hannah who invade your privacy by sharing with other customers. Who you are and where you have have come out on… Hmm if you ask me no employee should go around gossiping and telling people about your personal life to somebody who never asked it’s rude uncalled for and unprofessional. The outside of this Starbucks is always dirty. The older lady who works nights is a real sweetheart and has great customer service. If you come to this Starbucks and are famous in any way stay away from the crossed eyed two faced gossiping queen Hannah.

I’ve been here countless times — today was no exception. The line is a bit of a problem sometimes but that can’t be helped I guess. This is the closest Starbucks to my home and I’ve never been disappointed compared to other Starbucks locations. Prep is solid reliable and service has ALWAYS been professional and CHEERFUL! On the other hand because it is only a Starbucks I can only give 3 stars. The 3 are high praise however… with no complaints or weaknesses in their delivery or product here.

I have frequented this Starbucks several times in the past, but this is my first visit since the remodel has taken place. I think that this place looks much nicer than before. They actually fixed one of the biggest design flaws of the store. They used to have you order in the middle of the store and then go to the back of the store to pick up. It would get super crowded and bogged down with people waiting for their drinks with nowhere else to go. Now you order at the back and they set it up with a divider so that you know which way to line up, and you pick up your drinks in the front of the store where there is plenty of room to wait. The seating area is the same as before and there are still seats outside. This place gets super busy during peak morning times. It seems like everyone in Westlake Village stops here to buy their coffee in the morning. I try to avoid it before 10:30 am. If you do go earlier, the line does seem to move quickly though. I went in after 11:00 this morning and it was fairly empty, although that may be due to the construction in the parking lot. The employees here have always been very friendly and helpful. Today, I was using my free drink on a frappuccino and Houston suggested that I get a shot of espresso to make good use of that free drink, so I did! My drink was good as always and I enjoyed it. There is a large parking lot, but due to construction, the parking is a nightmare. Once everything is completed though, I think it will be very nice with a lot of spots to park in. I will be back as I am in the area one to two times per week and this location is very convenient for me.

The remodeling is now complete, and the result is every bit as unfriendly and cold-corporate as the rest of the shopping center has become, hard and impersonal. The seating space has been cut in half while space behind the counter has been doubled. Gone are the soft chairs where friends can gather, replaced by a few hard single seats. Most of the outlets are gone. The message is clear: don’t stay here. Don’t meet here. This is not a neighborhood gathering place. Pay for your coffee and leave. Thanks for nothing, Starbucks.

The coffee is horrible here! I will never come back. I came here two days ago and ordered a Bold Venti Drip. It was gross! The coffee was so disgusting, I drove back and had them throw it out. It tasted like they used ash from a cigarette tray to make the coffee! When I told them how bad the coffee was, none of the employees acted surprised. They talked amongst themselves and said, «It’s done», referring to the cup if coffee I had just handed them. They replaced it with an Americano, which was not that good either. This was a waste if time and money. I will be hard-pressed to go to another Starbucks ever again. They have completely given up on quality control.

Wow this Starbucks sure did go down the drain in the last few months. Service is so slow that makes waiting so long. I just waited in like that had maybe 5 people on front of me for 15 minutes! I understand that if there is a huge order or many people ordering but I watched a lady basically talk to the girl taking orders about her life story. Always loved Starbucks and will continue to love them bc of the amazing coffee, but just might not return to this particular one. If you are in a hurry DONOT come here :)
