Rick at Personal Concierge took care of our 5^th Anniversary vacation, and we were thrilled with the results. He made it easy and asked all the right questions about how we wanted to travel.
So, when my husband was called away to Monterey for a conference and the conference manager told us «there are probably very few rooms available at this late date»…we turned it over to Rick. He got us a fantastic room, in a timely manner (with in 2 hours) AND in the budget that was given. We had three great stress free days, because everything was handled. When we got there he checked in with us to make sure everything was to our liking and made sure it was all we had anticipated.
Don’t do your travel arrangements alone, unless you love to be frustrated. RIck makes traveling more fun by making it easy. I absolutely loved the customer service! Thank you Rick!
