I found Austin on Unilocal when my office computers crashed. He didnt charge an arm and a leg and tell me that my computer was no good. He simply stated that he can fix it and in the future he would recommend updating and other stuff. He was professional, on time and truthful! Thanks Austin!

Found Mobile PC Medics through Unilocal — I had actually called 2 other places before I saw this place and all its 5-​star Unilocal reviews. The other places never called back (whatever, if you don’t want my business, plenty of others do!). I called this place and immediately made an appointment, and Austin W. came over to pick up my laptop, which had an extremely loud buzzing noise from a busted fan. He took my laptop, and later that day he called me with a price estimate before he ordered the new fan.
Took a few days but really worth it. Austin also popped this bent part in the lower left inside corner back in place, and cleaned the keyboard and monitor so they’re sparkly clean. Everything works great and my fan is in working order and no more loud trash-​compactor sounds coming from my PC.
Would definitely recommend Austin & Mobile PC Medics to fix your computer! Satisfied customer here!

First off, I give them 5 stars just for actually showing up! I can’t tell you how many people I’ve called that will tell you they will be there at a certain time and just never show up.
I had a PC that wouldn’t connect to the Wifi in my salon while every other computer, ipad and phone would. We had spent hours on the phone talking to everyone from our internet company to the computer company and no one could figure it out.
Austin showed up and, within 20 minutes, had it fixed and was on his way out. Super fast, efficient and affordable.
Will definitely be keeping his cards on hand for future. Thanks so much again!

My hard drive on my MacBook Pro crashed and Apple wanted a lot of money to fix it and they wanted $ 75 to return my crashed hard drive! We called Mobile PC Medics and Austin came to the house, picked up the laptop and had it working in less than 24 hours with a new Hard drive installation and he returned my hard drive sans the $ 75 fee. He restored my info using a backup I provided him. Though he tried to get the data from my old hard drive, he couldn’t but he did refer me to another reasonably priced outfit that is 1⁄3rd of the price that Apple quoted. I appreciate his honesty. We will certainly be using Mobile PC Medics again should we have any more issues. The prices are very reasonable and the service is awesome.

I had two computers that were inoperable, one was paralyzed from spyware and the other had the black screen of death. These guys fixed both of them easily, recovered my files, and set up the system so all my files get backed up in emergency. I have no problems at all now. Very fast and reasonable price. We had a problem with a computer not recognizing the printer and scanner and, based upon prior Unilocal reviews, placed a call to Austin. He came out to our office, fiddled around with the driver, HP set up and a few other things then declared that in 17 years he hadn’t seen such a problem. Charged us $ 60.00 and left without the problem being solved. We called someone else this morning and he fixed our problem within an hour. Know where my future business is going.

I had a very bad malware problem. Both my internet browser and my off-​line desk top usage was completely co-​opted by 24⁄7 PC Fix. This bad virus even effected my ability to run Microsoft Word. Within an hour of Austin’s arrival, he had removed this hideous virus and the cost was very reasonable.
