my daughter and I recently had a visit to this place. people are as pleasant as it can be, service wise made pointer improvement after I pointed out consumer’s perspective. I think to state in political correctness a lot of time is NOT to point out how right and justified you are, rather than simply stating the fact certain things need to have improvement. they made the improvement through my pointing out. I believed we as consumers didn’t intentionally stay ignorant rather stay informed and consistent will be much cooler to have more trust with building a longer relationship. I happened to noticed something questionable, as well some of my family members I related to and recommended to this place had negative comments or same questionable notes after the visits. So really we are not out to ‘get people’ but keep in mind building a long good relationships is not to make other feel ‘uncomfortable’ in anyways. Because it’s easy to do that, i can easily do that, but i rather not have these type of conflicts. so please be mindful of respect others opinions and treat others how you would like to be treated and informed them what you would mostly have question of. fair said.

Charged for a deep cleaning and it was no more than a water pick. Will not be returning.

I was referred here by a friend and I am so glad she told me about Lindero Dental. I brought my 3 year old in for her first dental appointment and everyone was amazing. There wasn’t one person that I saw that didn’t smile and say hello. It was also great being able to fill out the medical history information online before my appointment. I will be making an appointment for myself soon (after I muster some courage).
This place is 6 stars!!! Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

It is so hard to find a dentist that is not just out there to squeeze every penny out of your wallet.
The staff are friendly, work with my insurance and do whats best for me and my family.
Love all the dentists and hygienists.

I’m definitely not returning to this establishment. I asked before I left the office whether or not I had cleared the remaining balance on my account. They said they didn’t know and needed to check. The office manager told me before I left everything was paid. Today I received a collections letter for $ 56. Ridiculous.

I always perform an extensive homework prior giving my business to people, and especially with my teeth.
When I go to this practice, I know that I will not be offered unnecessary services, all the work will be done with highest quality standards. Office staff is very knowledgeable and welcoming.
Dr. Daniel Liang always explains all the options before starting the work and personally makes sure all is done according to HIS standards.
All equipment is almost new, great waiting area with coffee, tea, and water provided, plenty of free parking.

I showed up for my son’s appointment. The gal running the front office told me the services he would be getting. Dental exam, fluoride treatment and a cleaning. They performed the exam telling me about two fillings he would need and then finished with a cleaning. I went out to the front office and asked about seeing the paperwork (financials as they called it) they’d be submitting to the insurance company. They showed it to me. To my amazement, they had bite wing X rays and the above items. I asked why the x rays since he didn’t get these. The gal told me that I was getting a rebate of $ 5 on that. But, I told her I didn’t want the rebate and that if I didn’t get a service, why would you bill the insurance company for something not performed? She said she would redo the financials to remove that. I also brought up about not receiving the fluoride treatment and she said she’d make an adjustment for that as well. To me this isn’t the way to run a business… hoping no one checks! I will not be coming back!

Dr. Liang is top gun. Kind and extremely focused on discussing issues, solutions while staff is knowledgeable on insurance. They have state of the art technology to render dental solutions quickly, efficiently and pain free! I highly recommend the team at Lindero Canyon Dental Group!

Wow was this dental experience perfect! Beautiful office, excellent front office staff, very customer service oriented. It was easy to get an appt even with my hmo insurance. And the dentist Dr Liang was so kind, and detail oriented. No pressure. Just information and advice. I am very happy to have found them!

Do you hate the dentist? I did. Until I went here. Unbelievable how comfortable I felt at a dentist office. I drove 40 minutes on a recommendation wondering why I would drive so far to a dentist. I will make this drive everytime now. They have cutting edge technology, the facility is spotless, and the Dr. Liang’s rock. Know what they r doing and do it with care. Never EVER thought I would write a review for a dentist. Don’t care where u live, u need to make the drive. See what I experienced.

This is the best dental facility for people who want to get the work done with no hassle! Dr. Ling is excellent! She will give you the options and perform the work the same day, quickly with no stress. I had a horrible tooth fixed and a crown in about 2 hours! Wow. My last dentist made everything seem like such a big deal that I would get anxiety about what he was about to do! Not here! I have recommended her to my entire family!

Overall, great experience. After recently moving to the area, we had to find a new dentist, and our insurance options were limited. We came to Lindero Canyon Dental based on the reviews and because they take our HMO insurance — I was expecting a low quality «HMO experience», but it was nothing like that! Dr Jacobson is pleasant, thorough, and a good dentist. The staff is also nice and they all take the time to explain everything. They did not push a lot of extra higher cost/​out of pocket options (although they did recommend a few). The best part is that they did all of my procedures in one visit! Most other dentists would have required at least three appointments for the same work.

I feel very comfortable and happy here. The staff is very helpful and Layla especially remembers me each time and is very personable. Dr Liang is funny, kind and very gentle. I would tell anyone to go there. Highly updated with email, electronic signature etc. my whole family can see the dr on the same day!!!

Dr. Karen Liang is awesome. She is one of the most professional dentists I’ve been to. Her office is brand new and everything is very technologically advanced. Her and I have been friends for a while since she started taking golf lessons with me. We’ve been friends for over 5 years. So, I know that she is a solid person.
When I saw her in the white coat, I thought, oh no it’s a different Karen I’ll see… Off the golf course but she was just as friendly, personable, super kind person as always.
Trust me, I’ve been through a lot of dentist. I’ve been through at least 20 dentists in my life… But, she is definitely the best.
I just did a cleaning but, her honesty in the work that I need done and the issues that I have were spot on. …And yes, honesty is huge in dentistry.
As long as I’m in Camarillo, west lake village, Calabasas, woodland hills, Encino, canoga park, hidden hills, even Los Angeles area… I will be coming to Karen. Awesome dentist and a great staff.

If I could give this place a million stars then I would. This place is great for those who are terrified of going to the dentist.
Here’s my story:
I absolutely hate going to the dentist, because I would leave the dentist office in a bloody mess and my teeth would hurt for days. I’ve been avoiding going to the dentist for years. 6 years to be exact and sadly I have insurance, but I just didn’t have the courage to face my fears. My wife searched online for us to go to the dentist because she’s also terrified of the dentist. She found nothing but positive reviews for Dr. Karen and her staff, so we had to check it out for ourselves.
I was greeted by Dr. Karen Liang (she introduced herself by her first name only) and honestly had she not wore her white coat then I would have never known she was the dentist. Dr. Karen took me to her office to discuss my fears and what I’m trying to accomplish during my visit and all in all I just wanted to have better oral health. Dr. Karen was so personable and down to earth.
I had x-​rays done digitally and it was painless and I have really bad gag reflex, too. They will give you cream to fix your gag reflex. After the x-​rays were done, Dr. Karen goes over her recommendations and options to get on track to improve my oral health.
Shortly after, I got a filling done for one of my tooth and got my chipped tooth fixed. It was quick and painless. I scheduled my teeth to be cleaned next week and I’m not actually dreading it. YAY!
I can confidently say that I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist. Dr. Karen will be my forever dentist and thank goodness she is young because that means she will be around for a long time to come. Thank you Dr. Karen and your amazing staff. You guys rock!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. From start to finish this office was on point. The receptionist greeted me with a friendly smile and had all my insurance information ready beforehand.
The x-​ray tech was quick and painless. I hate gagging on that plastic square and I didn’t this time so that was nice.
Dr. Karen was not only beautiful, but she was hilarious and made me feel really at ease during my visit.
The worst part was of course the money girl. I hate having to pay for what I feel is unnecessary and I was ready to get the BS shpeel about upgrade this, extra warranty, and tinted windows blah blah blah crap.
Well, she didn’t! Not even any pressure at all. Apparently whitening isn’t covered and is $ 550 :(But Dr. Liang HOOKED me up $$$$$ with a kick ass discount!!!
This office rocks. I’m a fan for LIFE.

WOW! There aren’t enough good things to say about this place.
Last night, I began having major tooth pain and I have been meaning to change dentists (after discovering the last one I went to was lying and charging more than necessary). I was nervous about finding a new dentist, but ended up calling Lindero Canyon Dental Group based on their Unilocal reviews. They fit me in SAME DAY and even called my insurance company for me (and were on hold for an hour) while I was driving over to help me find out coverage details.
The office is clean and quiet. I met with Dr. Liang and she addressed all my concerns. What really impressed me was her detailed explanation of my current teeth condition. Using the x-​rays to point out specifics, she made sure I understood exactly what my options were. Previously, with other dentists, I felt that they were never up front and that everything was «behind a black curtain». Dr. Liang made me feel so comfortable and informed about my teeth and my next steps. She spent a lengthy amount of time with me and made me a priority (even after my last minute appointment!).
Furthermore, they worked with my schedule to make a follow-​up appointment when it worked best for me. I am so impressed with this office and so glad I called them today. I will be referring friends, family, everyone.

went here on a recommendation by my friend. She is absolutely frightened when it comes to the dentist. She couldn’t stop singing Dr. Liang’s praises. I just moved to the area so I thought I would give them a shot.
Everyone i dealt with, from the front desk, to the techs to the dentist were all very personable and make you feel comfortable. They thoroughly explain everything they are doing and are upfront and honest. I left satisfied and am happy to continue to keep coming here. Highly recommend! Thanks for making me feel good about my teeth and answering my questions without making me feel stupid or ripped off.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experiences at Lindero Canyon Dental Group. I recently moved to Conejo Valley from Orange County and was in need of a dental checkup. I found Dr. Karen through Unilocal and also my insurance’s list of providers.
The gals in the office are so awesome… super friendly and happy you’re there. Dr. Karen rocks. She’s down to earth, explains everything and very gentle. They used x-​ray technology I had never seen before… makes me wonder what kind of dentist I was seeing before this. I had to have a partial crown and the entire procedure was painless. It’s the next day and I have no pain or discomfort. I’m just so pleased to have found a wonderful dentist office. I recommend Dr. Karen and her office to anyone!
