I’m usually a huge fan of Chase, have been banking with Chase ever since they took over Washington Mutual. I normally say such great things about their customer service. However I went into this Westlake branch on Agoura Rd/Westlake Blvd during lunch to complete a wire transfer. There’s only one gentlemen at the counter which is fine as this branch is usally pretty quiet, he advised that the customer service guys that are sitting at their desks are the ones to help me, one was on the phone, the other wasn’t doing much. He was very nice came out of his counter to ask one of the guy at his glass office to help me, that guy couldn’t be bother and immediately got on the phone to look busy. Needless to say, both guys that were in their glass offices did not look like they wanted to help. I gave it 5 minutes and left. I have never walked into a Chase local branch and felt this way before. The two guys in their glass offices were lazy and snobby, I guess unless you’re just using the new and improve ATM, don’t bother going in there to get any other kind of help.

This a beautiful branch. It has a very high-tech feel. It is also very clean and modern inside. There are black leather sofas and flat-screen displays. Very impressive! The customer service is amazing. Today, while I was waiting in line, I was offered coffee, tea, and water. Now that’s customer service!

The new Chase banks are awesome. The newest ATM enhancement, allowing $ 1s, $ 5s, $ 20s and $ 100s is a big plus
