Working with clients from first time home buyers to those looking to sell or buy multi-​million dollar estates, he treats all clients as if they were his only client, always available to make the experience an enjoyable one by keeping his clients informed every step of the way.

Recently named Estates Director for the Westlake Village office, Carmen has been in the top 1% of all agents company wide (over 1,800 agents), and has just recently been awarded the 2014 Presidents Elite Award for outstanding service and production. While his main office is in Westlake Village, he also works out of the Rodeo Realty/​Beverly Hills office due to his strong contacts on the Westside and the Valley as well.

Established in 2007.

Entering the Real Estate business at a time when the market was crashing was a blessing in disguise, as Carmen immediately found success while others around were leaving the business. This was a direct reflection of his hard-​work, tireless efforts for his clients, and constant, innovative marketing skills. He immediately skyrocketed to the top of the field and has maintained that position ever since, always finding his best and challenging himself to do better!
