You must take me as another customer of yours, whom you perhaps treated the same way as you treated me.
I was NOT LATE. I called you 2 minutes before the appointment when I was already standing in the plaza where your studio is located because I could not find your suite number (You promote your studio as called Caras Care, but the actual suite number shows the name of a salon XXX of Italy), and you told me on the phone that you were on your way. My appointment time was 11am. And by 11:07am, I was already undressed by your instruction and on your spa bed.
Does the above clear your confusion?
What do you feel unfair about the facts I wrote on my first review? I also wonder whether you treat groupon clients in a different way than you treat non-​groupon clients?

The other reviews are FAKE and probably the business themselves writing them.
Awful customer service. Takes forever to get a hold of Maria (horrible at returning calls). I booked an appointment with Maria Andrea for 2 people; however, while heading to our appointment we had car issues. We immediately called and of course no one answered, so we left a message. Maria called back 5 minutes later and was so mad and rude that she didn’t even let us talk. She said, «you are trying to make this my problem, when this is not my problem.» What kind of professional says that?! I am glad that this happened, we probably would have gotten the WORST facials of our lives.

Just got a facial done for the first time here by Maria Moshe with a microdermabrasion and my skin looks AMAZING!
She did such a great job extracting out all my black heads. I have a tenancy to touch my face a lot when I work out so I get blackheads all over. She cleared them all out. Maria was very sweet & knowledgeable about skin types and gave me lots of useful information. she also discussed diet is important to healthy skin along with other useful tips to help me get my skin back in tact.
Loving the way my skin looks it’s glowing, clear, and I plan on getting facials with Maria on a monthly basis or as needed. I’m in my mid 30’s and its about time I start investing in my skin with someone who actually knows what they are doing & knows and my skin type. Thank you Maria Moshe you’re such a sweetheart and I will see you soon!!! xo!

I drive all the way from Brentwood just to see Maria, she is absolutely worth every ounce of that drive!
Her knowledge of skin care I’d put up there with my Dermatologist who’s arguably one of the best in LA (use to be Chief Dermatologist at John Hopkins). Her facials are so relaxing that I find myself falling asleep. She’s a waxing perfectionist which is what you want or at least what I want when someone is waxing my eyebrows, back etc.
I couldn’t imagine ever trusting anyone else with my eyebrows or going to anyone else for my facials and back waxing. If you like spoiling yourself and looking/​feeling like a million bucks after then go see Maria!

Maria is seriously the best. Her beauty knowledge is so expansive and it shows — the woman’s skin is glowing!
She caters to all your needs and is attentive to all your concerns. So worth the drive out to Westlake!

Maria is a Gem :). I loved how comfortable she makes you feel. the ambiance she has set up is wonderful, a mix of bohemian, quaint, it makes you feel like you are at an island just relaxing. and she definitely knows what she is doing, she got an answer to any questions you might have concerning your skin. Great experience over all.

I have to drive pretty far to go see Maria but she is totally worth it!
Sometimes I fall asleep in her chair because her facials are so relaxing.
If you feel like treating yourself she’s a great place to go!

Maria Andrea is the only person I trust to touch my face. She’s not only kind and a lovely person, but she knows her stuff! For years I suffered with acne, and she’s helped me in knowing the causes and how to better care for my skin. After going to her for some time, I noticed a huge change!
