I’m not one to write negative reviews as there are many sides to a story. However, I feel that I need to warn others who want to get permanent eyebrows. DONOTGOTOBETH. Her work is sloppy and she does not stand behind it. I’m extremely unsatisfied. The studio she rents a room from is nice and she was very quick to get me in for an allergy test/consultation and then book my appt. I mentioned that I was going to buy a simideals for $ 133(good for $ 350 of permanent makeup). I asked how much a complete eyebrow is and she said between $ 350-$ 500(which is pretty much competitive with everyone else). I decided to give it a try. First red flag… she asked that I pay her instead of groupon(I think this is bad business, but whatever… I agreed)…and I wouldn’t have mentioned it had I liked the work she did… but it turned out to be a red flag. I paid for an agreed amount of $ 450(plus tip). She told me what color she recommended and I said she was the professional. Within a couple of days, I texted her pictures to make sure everything looked ok because I was concerned… and continued to text her pictures until we were 6 weeks after I got them done(I wanted to come in and have her fix them). Finally, my appt. to fix my eyebrows was today, however, I decided not to go back. She said she was going to charge me $ 175 for a «tune up» since she would have to go back over the eyebrow to make them darker. Um… it didn’t fade… she just didn’t pick a color that blended with the hair on my eyebrows and it looks unbelievably unnatural… as well as the shape is pretty sloppy. In addition, she begrudgingly agreed(with all sorts of excuses) to «fix» a part of the eyebrow that she tried to «remove» the color which just left a pink splotch. I am not confident in her abilities to do permanent eyebrows. Therefore, I warn you NOT to go to Beth for permanent makeup.

I love Beth! She is a true professional and will go out of her way to please and accommodate her clients. I have been doing the synergie treatments for over 6 months and am seeing great results. I have so much more energy and feel/look better overall. Beth is very knowledgeable and she been in business for over 20 years! Don’t hesitate to book an appointment with her.

You try your best, because they are very important, and of course you want to make them happy but you just can’t !!! Absolutely the worst business woman I have ever dealt with! Highly unprofessional and flakey. I bought a conejo deals to have 3 synergy treatments and she rescheduled my appointments so many times I had to get a refund from CD.(Who by the way, was extremely professional, apologetic and spot on with their customer service.) They also informed me they had numerous complaints against this vendor.

I posted the following review awhile ago, but Jamie no longer works at Beth’s Face and Body Place. She still works at Studio 7 tho. «Jamie(formerly at On the Boulevard Salon in Camarillo) works here now and she is amazing at eyelash extensions! She does an impeccable job!»
