Annette is a Certified Hypnotherapist and Master Therapeutic Imagery Facilitator who specializes in guiding you to create the change you are looking for. Through hypnosis and guided imagery she helps you find inner balance, unlock your potential and reach your goals. As a Leader Trainer, Reiki Mentor, Breathwork Instructor, and with experience in Mindfulness Stress Reduction, Annette adapts her approach to fit each person individually. She is an Honor’s Graduate from the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only accredited hypnotherapy College in the Nation.

Annette’s natural ability to be fully present during her sessions as well as her confident, empathetic and intuitive approach allows you to feel comfortable and at ease. An open trust ensues, creating the perfect environment for hypnosis to effectively work.
