Sessions are personalized to help each individual progress to the next level, based on their current level of fitness. Sessions focus on the whole body: core, balance, flexibility, agility and strength. Pilates Core Conditioning, Flexibility and Strength Training, Spinal Rehabilitation, Body Balance, Pilates Boot Camp, Mind Body Wellness. Pilates Pure N Simple offers a full range of equipment; Reformer, Trapeze Table, Wunda Chair as well as a variety of small apparatus. We are trained in rehabilitative Pilates for most injuries. Jeri Ryan is certified through the Pilates Method Alliance after having completed a 500 hour teaching training program.
History
Established in 2007.
Jeri has been teaching Pilates since 2000. Jeri became interested in Pilates as a form of exercise to compliment her running. After she was involved in a motor vehicle accident, she became involved in an intensive Pilate’s rehabilitation program to regain the full use of her paralyzed left arm and recover from neck and back injuries. Jeri is all better now and wants to share her knowledge with you.
Jeri was certified as a Pilates Instructor through Core Conditioning Physical Therapy, Inc. in California in 2004. There she was trained by both physical therapists and professional dancers. Jeri became certified by the Pilates Method Alliance in 2007. Jeri opened her Pilates studio in 2007 and has been serving satisfied clients since!

Jeri Holds a PhD in clinical psychology. She has been practicing psychotherspy for over twenty years. She is also trained in the healing arts. She has studied Shamanism extensively. She is a Reiki Master. She has studied the alternative healing techniques of Neuro-modualtion Technique (dr. Leslie Feinberg) and Neuro-emotional technique (Dr. Scott Walker). Jeri Is skilled at working with people who are in pain both physically and emotionally. She intuitively knows what is needed in the workout session. A session may include (with a client’s permission) emotional or physical energy clearing to help an individual feel comfortable in their body before, during or after a training session. Jeri supports the whole person in every session.
