I left the corporate world to create Relax Adjust Zone. As I began to find my true happiness. it was in the stillness where all the answers and guidance came. My practice started with Energy Work and the deepening understanding of spirituality and quantum physics. I have a Bachelors Degree in Metaphysics. This passion sparked me to become immersed in it … trying to get there as fast as I could… but finally understanding that it is in every moment.

My work is an eclectic mix of studies, which include:
