It’s designed exclusively to care for the oral health of infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special health care needs.

We are located at 526 E State Road 32, Westfield, IN 46 074. Our office is located directly across the street from the Westfield Police Department and Post Office.

Meet the Business Owner

Diana Kozlowski DDS MSD.

Business Owner

Dr. Diana is a life-​long Hoosier originally from Northwest Indiana. Her dental career started early when she became a dental assistant for an oral surgery group back home after high school. It was there that she found her passion taking old dental textbooks that the surgeons gave her and reading them after work. She believes that working at every level within the profession has given her a unique perspective on providing dental care.

She went on to graduate from Indiana University with a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry in 2002. She graduated in 2006 with a Doctorate in Dentistry at Indiana University School of Dentistry and was inducted into Omicrom Kappa Upsilon, a National Dental Honor Society. She was awarded her Pediatric Dentistry Certificate and Masters Degree after completing two additional years of specialty training at Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
